months agoIt's nice with plenty for the kids to do. A baseball, football, soccer, basketball field. Swings, 2 playgrounds for toddlers and bigger kids separate and picnic tables.

a year agoIm not sure if my reviews still show up, ever since I was critical of a couple of businesses it looked like I got flagged as a spammer. Anyways about the park, the street hockey area is cool, we had nothing like that anywhere in WNY in the 1990s. The surface is too rough for regulation roller hockey pucks so you'll probably want to use a ball, you can practice shooting with pucks like that but they won't stay flat while stick handling which is frustrating and ultimately a poor use of your time since pucks don't behave that way on ice or sport court. The fences behind the nets aren't really high enough for when you hit the crossbar and I lost a couple of $15 pucks as a result. It's also fence and not boards along the sides so if you still insist on using pucks they can get stuck there so you had better just use a ball. There was some broken glass on the surface but it is a city park and it was still April. Other patrons were gracious in sharing space, I saw some teens or young people playing soccer in the hockey area who deferred to me when I put my skates on, at least one family and assorted joggers, walkers and runners

years agoFair size park with average play game equipment for younger children. There is an in ground pool and a baseball field here as well.

years agoAn excellent open Park with a full view of the playground for parents to like to keep an eye on their children while they're playing. There is also covered seating for the summertime so you may sit in the shade as you watch your children play. By the way the playground is a high-quality playground with many played places for the children to play jump around and climb.

years agoI've taken my son here for a very long time. The park is well maintained, full of other children and there's a public pool with life guards, two diamonds, swings with two play areas for the kids. Although its not a vast park but its size makes it easier to keep track of your kids. If I had a negative comment, it would be that there are no convenience shops within walking distance so plan ahead.
