3 years agoA great place to relax, talk with family and friends, and even splash around it’s Jeff Koons sculpture in the summertime when water flies out from the ground, encircling the sculpture! It’s located in a loud part of Lower Manhattan, but right next to a silent memorial park. The atmosphere feels heavenly and extremely soothing!!

6 years agoIt's a nice little what a beautiful balloon sculpture and water fountain great place to go for the lunch or if you're meeting somebody. It's also kept very clean and it's safe because it's next to the World Trade Center
