a month agoWe recently visited the Whitemarsh location for a birthday celebration and purchased the family plan. While we appreciated the friendly staff, the overall experience was disappointing. The facility was visibly filthy, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy our time as adults. The kids were fine. We also ordered several pizzas and chicken strips, but the food was terrible. The pizza was undercooked and doughy, while the chicken strips were burnt and inedible. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality. This place has potential, but the cleanliness and food quality need serious improvement. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend it.

3 months agoGenerally fine. The birthday room we were given had audibly sticky floors, smeared icing from previous parties on the wall as well as hairy strips of tape on the wall. Just very not clean. There is visible grime and dirt on the floor under the tables The facility host was very nice. The kids enjoyed the trampoline park. The party room is frankly kinda of gross.

a month agoWe recently went back to Skyzone after not having been here for over a year. When we visited previously, we were impressed with the facility and its activities. Not so anymore. The place is worn, run down, and not clean at all. We visited right after they opened on a Monday. It was not crowded and the place was so dirty. As my son was jumping, trash and foam were bouncing with him on the trampolines. A number of things were blocked off or closed, including the dodge ball court and the drop zone. The protective covering was coming off a lot of the exposed areas and there was so much dirt on the floor our socks were black on the bottom. We will not be back.

4 weeks agoWent on April 5th, 2025. The jumping experience was good for my 7 year old son. There was a sign that said no hot food because of the birthday party. Also, the cashiers were cash only, but their ATM machine was not working.

a month agoTerrible experience. Here's the scenario - Birthday for 7 year old and 9 year old kids. You'd think two hours would be enough, IT'S NOT really. We take about 1.25 hours to play and then go back for 45 minutes for the birthday party - 2 hours is about to be up and all our host says is IT'S 3'o'Clock. That's fine, but she CONVENIENTLY FORGETS to tell us that there's a 15 minute grace period and then after that you get charged an ADDITIONAL $125 for the next HOUR, notwithstanding if you're a minute over or 45 minutes over the time.... WHAT!?! So we try and dispute that we weren't told about that and were trying to get out of the room to NO AVAIL. $125 for 5 minutes past the grace-period >:( Also, I bought 3 memberships when only 1 was necessary to get the 20% discount on parties. Could I cancel the other 2 that day? NOPE. Charged me ANOTHER $50 just to cancel them over the phone! Don't waste your time and go to Urban Air instead. They're more upfront with their pricing and won't make you jump through hoops if you make a mistake with the memberships. STEER CLEAR of HERE if you want GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You've been warned!
