Super fun time for the kids (of all ages) can be a bit crowded of course but plenty of room to play still! The concession prices are a bit high & could use more seating for the general area in my opinion. Employees are nice and helpful.

Came here for a class trip with 10 other people. Was harassed by employees for taking a video of my classmates jumping. They told me it's a liability issue which doesn't make sense since they let other people record. Also was being watched by staff the entire time I was here, I'm a bigger person so when I was coming down from a dunk my big hands caught the rim, didn't hang on it at all just hit my hand on it, the manager came over and scowled at me to not hang on the rim, when I told him I didn't hang, he then told me don't touch the rim. How the hell are you supposed to dunk without touching the rim at all! Blatant discrimination, horrible experience and will not be back. For the price just take your kids to Dave and Busters. One worker was nice though, didn't get his name but he had a beard and curly hair.

Won’t be back, save your money. Seating is a disaster. Maybe ten tables, fifteen max. With that said, we arrive at a good time between rushs with a few tables available and sit down. Not in a blocked off area, not in a room, but open seating area. Maybe 15 minutes later a staff kid comes up saying “excuse me, we are going to have another birthday coming in now, so we are going to have to take these two tables over here from you for them”. Of course no other seating options left. Again not a birthday area, not blocked off, no signs indicating the area. Also, became quickly over-crowded for size of facility. Would never recommend this place.

I had a birthday for my daughter and the people that work there was very unprofessional it took “5” people to come talk to me about the same thing. Once I ask for the manager no one came but the cashier “Breon “ I think that is how he spell his name. To tell me about the cake. And like I told him I talk to an associate about this and I paid no one listen. The manager “DAN” if that they real name because no name tag. I give great respect to “Breon” for listening to me with my questions and helping me. Matthew and Jalen no help. And I forgot the person name who made my pizza He got it wrong and I had to wait again for more pizza. I will not go back because you told them that it was no food allowed in the place. And I didn’t bring food. I brought “cake”. But I have receipts that the manager let this lady bring in a cup of whatever in the cup. I have a couple of pictures saying it was true.
