Absolutely disgusting! Garbage all over the floor and trampolines, spilled drinks that were never mopped up. Carpet never vacuumed. We arrived at 9:00am for little leapers, the place was absolutely filthy! Used bandaids in the trampolines, parking lot full of trash. My kids love coming here but this was beyond disgusting. Hire a cleaning service or teach your employees how to clean!!

The manager was exceptional in accommodating our 7-year-old's birthday party on short notice, given its timing the day after Thanksgiving when many families often travel. The staff were courteous, attentive and highly efficient, ensuring a wonderful celebration. We highly recommend this venue and extend our sincere gratitude.

I would recommend finding a different trampoline park if possible. The customer service is lacking. We waited about 20 minutes behind just 2 other groups just to get in with one person working the counter who didn't seem to know a whole lot. There were plenty of other employees walking around behind the counter but none seemed like they were doing much work. Once we got in I quickly learned that everything is in dire need of repair. Since they just let things break and then not fix them (this is obvious by just how much stuff is broken) I bet this place will be out of business within 5 years. There was a hole in the back corner of the trampolines where my 1yo could have fallen through to the ground. We did use the family 4 pack deal to get in so the price was pretty fair. I would have regretted paying full price. The deal came with a pizza and pitcher of soda. The pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had in my whole life. It tasted like they used the most basic cheap ingredients known to man. None of us could finish our slices it was that bad. The place gets 2 stars instead of 1 because my kids did have fun. I probably won't be back anytime soon unless they do a full interior remodel.

Super dirty. Came in on a Sunday at 9:00 for little leaders. Garbage everywhere, even on the trampoline. There was one with spring missing that left a hole for kiddos to fall through. No one seemed to care. Expensive for not a lot.

We went on Tuesday for their $12 Tuesday deal. If anyone else goes on a Tuesday when they have this special running, check their website and make sure to bring it to their attention. Staff told me they will charge you full price unless you bring it up to them first. Also some of the springs on the trampolines are getting a bit worn so they are as "springy" as some of the others. The 3 star rating is definitely based on the position the staff took on not notifying customers of promo deals. Otherwise I would have given a 4 star rating for the trampoline park itself.
