Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I had an amazing time at SkyZone for my daughter’s 5th birthday! I definitely want to give a shout out to Shannon who was the manager on duty and Gavin who was our party coordinator. They were awesome and I hope they are told about this! I appreciate the attentiveness, empathy, and kindness that was shown to myself and my entire group! We will definitely be planning another party there! Thank you again for everything!

Sky Zone is super fun, and there is more to do than I expected! The park accommodates children of all ages from what I could see. There are also employees carefully monitoring each play zone to make sure it's not over-crowed. I assume its to keep the older children from landing on smaller kids. There is also a concession area with pizza, beverages, and water, birthday party rooms, interactive play areas, claw machines, and a photo booth. There is storage for your shoes, or you can rent a locker for 8.00. We bought the hour-thirty minutes play pass, which is more than enough time to enjoy the park. Great place to take your children and just let them run wild!

I waited to post a review after I sent one to the sky zone email contact but after two months and no response I think it's time. This is an honest review of the place and the visitors of the place. I think as parents and as a society we can do better to preserve places we go to get our children to socialize and exercise in safe ways. I love the concept of the place and overall it is in good shape. We started going early last year and the cleanliness and play structures have been deteriorating in our last few visits. Foam pits and foam blocks are packed with lost socks and carved out shapes from kids that are not being supervised. The front door is full of waste and dropped objects, getting increased by the long weekend traffic. Play areas are clean enough but the last two times we have used the restrooms they are pretty smelly and overflood with paper. Again, this is a joint effort of our education and the facility supervising that heavy traffic areas are in good shape, mostly for small children. We will be using our membership a lot this summer so I hope you can address these concerns moving forward.

Last minute decision to bring the nephew and niece here while they were staying with us. One of the kids was a little nervous about it all, a lot nervous, actually, but the staff were absolutely terrific- calming and fun and supportive and helpful. The kids 4 and 3, for reference, and they could basically do all the activities. Great experience!

Kids loved this place. We brought our 5,7 & 9 year old grandkids. It is busy on Saturdays. However, if you keep an eye on your kids they should be ok. They all seem to have fun here. I would give 5 stars if the supervison by staff was better.
