Expert Summary

Detailed Insights

Sky Zone Trampoline Park offers impressive wall and super tramps, and has recently seen some facility improvements initiated by senior staff (e.g., fixed basketball, new padding, cleaning, working video games). However, these positives are severely undermined by critical operational inconsistencies, including significant safety supervision lapses, widespread cleanliness issues during busy periods, and exceptionally poor, uncommunicative, and potentially deceptive customer service practices regarding memberships and billing.

Key Highlights

  • Recent facility improvements are noticeable, including fixed basketball hoops, new trash bags/pads, new padding along trampolines, and increased cleaning efforts.
  • Video games area is reported to be working again.
  • Features highly rated wall tramps and super tramps, considered among the best in the Treasure Valley.
  • Offers private rooms suitable for birthday parties.
  • Provides free cute socks for kids.
  • Weekday mornings are described as quiet and uncrowded, offering a more personal experience.

Standout Features

  • The quality of the wall tramps and super tramps.
  • Availability of private rooms for birthday parties.
  • Free cute socks for jumpers.
  • Functional video games area (after recent fixes).

Perfect For

Suitable for children from approximately 3 years old up to teenagers, based on observed jumper demographics.
Generally enjoyed by school-aged children (e.g., 'my son absolutely loves this place').

Ideal For

Parents looking for a quiet trampoline experience during weekday mornings.
Birthday parties if the focus is on private room availability and trampoline access, and less on consistent staff interaction.
Children who specifically enjoy high-quality wall and super tramps and are old enough to navigate the park independently or with strong parental supervision.

💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • Consider visiting during weekday mornings to avoid crowds, lack of supervision, and cleanliness issues.
  • Exercise extreme caution and thoroughly read any documents presented by staff, particularly waivers or sign-up forms, to avoid unknowingly agreeing to memberships or recurring charges.
  • Keep a close eye on your bank statements for charges from this venue or previous entities (like 'Defy').
  • Do not rely on phone calls or emails for customer service or to resolve billing issues, as responsiveness is extremely poor.
  • Be prepared for potential hygiene issues and a lack of active supervision, especially during peak hours.

Things to Consider

  • Severe lack of staff supervision in jump areas, leading to 'complete mayhem' with unsupervised children ranging from 3 years old to teenagers during busy times.
  • No one checking wristbands, allowing unauthorized jumpers into the areas, raising security and safety concerns.
  • The venue is described as 'disgustingly filthy' with all hand sanitizer stations empty during busy periods.
  • Extremely poor and unresponsive customer service; phones are unanswered, online support numbers lead to voicemails, and emails receive generic, unhelpful responses.
  • Allegations of deceptive practices where staff misled customers into signing up for memberships instead of simple safety waivers, leading to unauthorized charges, including from a defunct previous company (Defy).
  • Difficulty in obtaining refunds or resolving billing issues due to lack of accessible and responsive management.
  • The foam pits are reported to be 'crusty' and in need of replacement.
  • Can become very crowded during weekends, impacting the experience and exacerbating other issues.

Price & Value

The value is highly inconsistent. While some features like wall tramps are good, severe issues with customer service, safety, and cleanliness during peak times diminish the overall value. There are reports of being unknowingly charged for memberships and difficulty obtaining refunds, suggesting potential hidden costs or deceptive practices. The provision of free socks is a small added perk.

Accessibility & Special Needs

  • No specific accommodations mentioned in reviews.

🍎Food & Drink Policy

  • No information available in the reviews regarding outside food or drinks.

🚗Parking Info

  • No information available in the reviews regarding parking.

👥Crowd Levels

  • Gets crowded during the weekend.
  • Weekday mornings are described as quiet and uncrowded.
  • Reported as 'busy' on Sunday evenings, correlating with peak problems.

🛡️Safety Features

  • New padding has been installed along the sides of the trampolines.
  • CRITICAL CONCERN: Reviews explicitly report 'zero supervision' in jump areas and 'no one is checking wrist bands' during busy times, indicating severe lapses in safety protocols.
  • Empty hand sanitizer stations during busy periods raise significant hygiene and health safety concerns.

When to Avoid

  • Weekends, especially Sunday evenings, due to severe overcrowding, lack of supervision, and cleanliness issues.
  • If you prioritize consistent safety supervision for younger children.
  • If you require reliable and responsive customer service for booking, issues, or refunds.
  • If you are highly sensitive to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

I’ve noticed a lot of senior staff around lately that has helped really put a lot of things back together. A little bit of leadership goes a long way so far they fix the basketball put the new bags on the trash pads and installed new padding along the sides of the trampolines a lot of cleaning . Video games work again. A lot of new items are supposed to be coming in so if you’ve had a not so good experience before give it another try. My son absolutely loves this place and it’s great for the mornings after I get off a late night shift. It does get crowded during the weekend, but the mornings are pretty much all to yourself.

Has the best wall tramp and super tramps in the treasure valley. I do wish that you could replace the foam. It is starting to become crusty. But it is way cleaner than when defy was there.

Here on a busy Sunday evening. Absolutely no one working the jump area. Zero supervision with countless kids from ages 3 up to teenager. It’s complete mayhem. No one is checking wrist bands and have seen several kids jumping with no wrist bands. Place is filthy, I mean disgustingly filthy. All hand sanitizer stations are empty. How far this place has fallen since the new ownership. Do they even come down here to see what’s going on?

Another addition: some one reached out to me via email with the exact same response they give all of you here: "we hear your concerns" and nothing more. I guess that's it for us and this particular trampoline park- they don't seem to actually care about improving for themselves or for the public. Oh well... off too better adventures now! Adding to my review because I got an email back saying I will not be refunded for the two memberships you deceived me into signing, telling me they were safety waivers. After being reassured by staff that this was a simple fix. The customer service is DISGUSTING!! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!! Fun place to bring kids once upon a time... no one answers phones, there's no way to contact anyone but a desk teenager. The support number online goes directly to a "california voicemailbox"? The only way to contact is through email and I do not get any response besides "we recieved your email". Got signed up for 2 memberships without knowing and then charged for several months without noticing- charged from Defy when defy doesn't even exist anymore. This place went DOWN. And their same response to every single negative review here is not helpful and insulting to every individuals' concerns. Hopefully the GM will be returning my call soon.. it's as far as I've gotten in 4 days of dealing with this.
