Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Booked a birthday party here for my daughter’s 5th birthday and it was just a waste of money , when we got there they told us we can’t get into our room until 5:15pm our party started at 3:30 pm , my guests were all standing in the hot environment, they all paid 5 dollars for a water bottle , kids were dying of thirst , it was super hot . I did bring food and beverages but no place to put them . Then finally we started to have our party they told me the can put my cake in the refrigerator and THEY DID NOT THEY LEFT IT OUTSIDE and my cake was melting. I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK A PARTY HERE EVER AGAIN!!! Just a waste of money .

2 minutes in this place and I want to take a shower. It's FILTHY and it stinks. Seems like a risk of contracting some type of fungus. The staff are brainless teenagers, bad customer service and the parking situation is another story. Ridiculously overpriced for the qualiry of this place. Doesn't even deserve 1 star tbh

No more GLOW NIGHT as of 1/25/24! The staff was very nice! I haven't been to this location in over 4 months. Unfortunately it appears neglected and dirty. Many of the stations were closed. The toddler area had almost nothing to play with and the basketball hoops were broken. At 25.99 for 90 minutes, I suggest going to Danvers or another place.

We had a great experience in our kids birthday! They served all we need: pizza, juice, cups and plates. Some guests got lost because the place is difficult to find but everything was smooth when we got in.

Sky zone is always fun. This location was ok. First positive - staff was great. They were so nice and welcoming. Negative for me is only one - was really dirty.
