4 months agoDo Note Come Here. Go to any other trampoline park like Big Air There are far better trampoline parks than this one, even sky zones in other locations. This particular place is very bad. First they make you buy their socks even if you already have trampoline socks. Second, the employees walk around with a type of attitude that puts tension in the air. Out of the 40 kids at the park there was only 1 person on the actual trampolines. And for good reason. They are so strict on how you can jump, which direction your allowed to jump and other ridiculous rules that aren't at any other park. The trampoline also feels weak . You are better off just going to Big air, or Defy, or even Sky Zone Gastonia. At least jumping will be fun and there are more things to do. I will never be back here. My son spent almost the whole time swinging which was about the best thing to do here...don't waste your money. Oh and the price over the phone is wrong, it's not $20 it's $26.99 which is literally $3 more than Bur Air and Big air has way more space and things to do

a month agoDon’t bring little kids here. The big black girl monitoring one of the sections will make 4-5 little kids leave a section so 2 big kids can jump, but they don’t say anything when the big kids run through the rest of the whole park. Main manager is sympathetic, but no one else seems to care about the job. Place is also really dirty and I’ve never seen anyone sanitize anything here in the month that we’ve been coming here. Definitely canceling the membership for the family.

2 months agoMy experience Here was terrible. Upon arrival, I was attempting to get a locker, the locker took my money, I called for help a manger came over, said she was about to grab me something (don’t know what) to help fix my issue. I stayed at the locker for 15 mins as I watched her help other people, she never came back, I gave up on the locker. Secondly I’m not a cheap person I know a business Is a business but having to pay $30 for a 1 year old & them only having a corner area for little kids is crazy. If I’m paying full price for my 1 year old they should be able to have a designated place all over the building. There is no structure whatsoever, I had to stand in the admission line to order from the concession stand because I had tap pay, they helped everyone else who were checking in before taking my order… this place is over priced & not structured… also all menu items are not available, for example pizza… the bathrooms are disgusting!!! If you know kids are going to be in and out the bathroom in jump socks, they need to be wiped and swept many times throughout the day! Only good thing was the socks, they are super cute!

a month agoI will never bring my family here again. We paid for an hour in the half plus extra cause they said we had to pay to monitor our two year old which we did. I didn't understand why we had to pay when we were never jumping just letting the kids play. Once we put on socks the tall skinny dude kept harassing my family making it very uncomfortable for them to enjoy the play time that we paid for. So my husband asked him nicely if he could stop harassing us he continues so I went to the front desk to ask if there was a manger on site which they stated it wasn't so I let the two young ladies know what was going on and told them are kids is not able to enjoy the time because they are very uncomfortable they said nothing to him or even told him to stop harassing. At this point we were over it and just decided to leave money we spent for the kids to enjoy themselves was a complete waste never again will I take my family here again

3 weeks agoWe attended the Pineville North Carolina location on yesterday 4/12/25. My biggest issue Was that I booked the most expensive package, the Glow party… primarily because of the glow, but most importantly, the music! After about an hour in, I asked the manager why wasn’t the music playing and he informed me that the system was broken. I asked him why would they charge me full price without the music? He said we are paying for the experience! WOW!! I asked him how would his experience be if he went to a concert and they decided not to play any music. He only offered his apologies, but said that I could not be credited anything! My bill was $875!!!!!!!!!!!! I regretted every single bit of it! We booked less than seven days so we didn’t have a host. How can you charge someone for an experience that wasn’t had?
