a week agoIf I could give it ZERO stars I would!!! It’s my son’s 7th birthday and we brought an ice cream cake in with us (never had an issue before this here or any other trampoline place). Do you know the manager told me it’s a $50 cake fee to light a cake that I brought! I asked the manager MYESHA (who at one point refused to give me her name so I had to ask another employee) can I see the policy where this is stated and she said she can only see this fee online on her system. I asked for her supervisor’s name to speak with him and she refused to give me any information to help resolve my issue and proceeded to close the door as I was speaking. Let me mention that she had an office full of her kids, so unprofessional. She’s lucky I’m on a different path in life right now and I’m going to leave it at that! SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO TO URBAN AIR!!!!!

a month agoA lady manager not sure in name spelling but is completely rude and a childish woman. Not only did the individual Called my phone about a review I never made considering this is my account. When trying to explain confusion she acted like a complete teenager, lacks professionalism, lacks communication skills and proficiency in customer service skills. This is supposed to be an event manager mind you. Food is just nasty…If you’d like service for a party without ignorance or drama this isn’t the place to be however if you need a cheap place to tire out your child by all means.

a month agoBone pit was closed. It is super expensive for what was available. Forced to eat there and not able to from next door who actually had good food. I was considering buying a membership but will might even consider it out there my third visit

3 months agoWent to Glow night tonight with my kids and her friends to celebrate her birthday and they had so much fun. Everyone was very nice and respectful. I do recommend eating and drinking somewhere else because it's super expensive but overall a great time.

a month agoThis is a very nice establishment for kids of all ages . What could be done differently is a area separating the big kids from the smaller kids . It should be an area specifically designated just for smaller kids and an area just for big kids . My son and daughter got smacked right in the face twice with a dodgeball by older kids like teenagers . The balls need to be made out of a foam material for dodgeball not that hard rubber that it’s made out of . Also the staff needs to be MORE attentive! I notice that the staff doesn’t say anything to kids in general when they are doing back flips or front flips . Another thing is on the weekends especially Fridays ! They need to have more staff and more security. It gets crazy in there on Fridays and it’s just too much going on . They definitely need more security and staff specifically for the weekends . The food is overpriced as well especially those small bag of chips for $2.50. The ICE’s are $6 that’s well overpriced . Another thing I do recommend the membership as well but it renews automatically so keep that in mind.
