a week agoLuke and Aaliyah were great at helping during our party. Staff at party check in was helpful and friendly. Downside was how crowded the place was. I have been at least 10 times and never seen it so crowded. Apparently that is normal for weekends now according to one worker, but maybe they shouldn’t book so many party’s overlapping to decrease the crowds jumping. Also there was very limited seating for parents.

a month agoThis trampoline park is amazing. My kids enjoyed it so much! Staff is wonderful. They greet you and explain everything so well for first timers. Definitely recommend.

10 months agoExcellent customer service! They were ultra helpful in helping us set up for my son's birthday party yesterday. He and his friends had a great time jumping and playing in the facility. My son and his friends really enjoyed being there and then having the pizza and refreshments afterwards. I am very happy with all the assistance we had from Marco, Brennan and the rest of the staff. From setting up the tables, helping us decorate, to bringing out the food, water and soft drinks, their top package was worth the price! Highly recommended! If teenagers can have such a great time in a fun and safe environment, younger children will enjoy having their celebrations there. Thank you Sky Zone!

3 weeks agoHaving a party then waiting 2 hours to sit is ridiculous! Then when it came time for the actual they messed up the time. Miguel literally saved the night snd the party! He was so helpful and went out of his way! Hes the only reason im giving this place any stars at all! He should be managing this unorganized place!

2 weeks agoToday was my first time bringing the kids to skyzone and they absolutely enjoyed it!!! The environment is so lively we loved it. I would suggest more seating but other than that it was quick and fun! My check in process lasted only 20 minutes (mind you it was incredibly busy) and the cashier in black named Kodiak was very welcoming and made it all a breeze. Not to mention also how stunning lol the garcias will be back soon skyzone!
