3 months agoWe always have fun here especially the totts. And the last time we went we were having waiver issues and they were really nice and understanding and helpful. It didn't cut into our jump time either. I have had nothing but good experiences here. Except parking. They need more parking.

a month agoGreat for all ages! Especially kids, they get to work that energy out! They can continue to make improvements on overall cleanness, food and slides quality, slides have been worn out - which would explain since all ages really enjoy here!

a month agoWent to a birthday party for 13 year olds. Boys had a lot of fun. Party room was big and nice. Had our own hostess, she was awesome sweet girl. It was a friday night. Pretty busy but not over crowded. The pizza was sooooo good.

a week agoI give 2 stars because the staff is either totally distracted most days or not courteous to guests. My kids and I usually are frequent flyers. But every time we go it gets more and more weird and harder to keep going. On any other visit the staff walk but don't say a word to anyone no matter what rule they are breaking. Let's start with the obstacle course. Small kids being allowed to play in the air bag like it's another trampoline. Discouraging others from enjoying it in fear of falling on a kid. Ushers just stand there and don't care. Then today my son and I are by the Dodge ball arena (5 and under) I'm watching my son play. There's a little boy 3yrs old who wanted to play so I sat on my knees and let the kid hit me with the ball while pretended to fall. The boys parents thought it was nice and everyone was smiling until the manager went out of her way to have a problem. I wasn't jumping I wasn't running I wasn't flipping I was sitting on my knees. Not one thing needed to be said. But then she proceeded to let 3 other grown men flip off the walls and didn't say a word. They pick and choose what rules to follow. And they are not polite about addressing concerns. I will be cancelling my membership.

a month agoBrought the grand kids here for the first time for the Glow session. Bought tickets online and signed the waiver. NOWHERE did it say to arrive early because you’ll spend 25 plus minutes of your allotted time in line having to check in. Poorly operated. No special line for those that buy tickets in advance either. Don’t think we will ever come back after this experience!
