2 months agoThis was a great place that our entire party had fun at. We had a double birthday party for our sons here this past weekend. Staff was friendly, when we actually got to speak with them but there was zero staff supervision in any area where children played. We were with ours so we were watching their behavior but so many other children were left unsupervised by their parents and their was no staff watching either. I feel like there should be at least one staff member supervising each play area for when their parents are choosing not to supervise. Aside from all that, it's become clear that cleaning and sanitation is not being done here either. 5 days after our visit here, 5 people in our party, including myself, have tested positive for covid. We are currently checking with others to see if they are sick as well. Our children and other children in our group had fun here but we will not be returning as public health and safety is clearly not a concern at this place

11 months agoThis place was open early on a Saturday so my 4-year-old daughter and many of her classmates could have a birthday party there while playing on all the fun equipment and challenges that they have here. It seemed clean. Most of the playground equipment and challenges seemed in pretty good shape and everyone had fun and there were only a few ouchies, so that's great too! I'm sure my daughter would love to return to play some more!

3 months agoFun place to keep kids entertained. It would be a much better experience if staff members cared about their jobs. We went for the early morning toddler jump time and only 1 staff member was helping check guests in - it took us almost 15 mins to get checked in and the toddler jump is only an hour. We had to ask the other staff members to help out.

a month agoYoung and unprofessional staff allow older kids to bully younger kids, almost zero supervision, and when they tried to tell me it was time to leave because I complained about those rough older kids I went to the manager and she explained no I had plenty of time left ( I bought all day passes) the other staff continued to let the behavior of the older kids escalate until I had to tell my group of kids it was time to go. Place is dirty, all service is slow, plenty of other options we will frequent from now on. Oh and I look forward to the generic message from corporate that they’ll pass this on to the manager for further training. Obviously by the amount of the poor reviews and mentions of how said training will be done isn’t fixing any situation. Good job skyzone.

a year agoA lot of fun and definitely a great workout. I wish there was an adult workout hour, its mostly overrun with children but it is a trampoline park. Great for kids and birthday parties! You pay for 60-120 mins $23-$28 per person plus $5 for socks. Unless you bring sky zone socks from a previous visit. Fun activities you will get worn out quick though! Don’t underestimate it!
