Expert Summary

Detailed Insights

While offering ample space and engaging activities that kids generally love, providing an experience where they don't feel overcrowded and often supported by friendly staff, parents should be aware of a potentially high cost for a relatively short play duration and conflicting reports on facility cleanliness and maintenance issues.

Key Highlights

  • Plenty of things to do and a bunch of space for everyone to run and play.
  • Does not feel overcrowded, even when the venue is busy.
  • Staff are friendly and prioritize kids' fun (e.g., allowing boys to jump while waiver is completed).
  • Kids often have so much fun they don't want to leave.

Standout Features

  • Spacious facility with lots of room for active play.
  • Engaging activities that keep kids highly entertained.
  • Proactive and considerate staff who facilitate quick entry and focus on customer experience.

Perfect For

Suitable for energetic children (e.g., 'twins,' 'son and his friend'), likely elementary to pre-teen ages given the trampoline park nature.

Ideal For

Families looking for an active outing for energetic children.
Special occasions or infrequent treats due to the high cost.
Children who enjoy trampoline parks and active play in a spacious environment.

💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • Consider the high price ($42 for 90 minutes) and budget for it as a 'special occasion expense.'
  • If planning to visit during peak times, consider purchasing tickets online as the venue can be 'sold out.'
  • If you wish to purchase specific food items like pizza, try to visit earlier in the day (before 3 PM) to ensure availability.
  • Be aware that parking can be challenging.
  • Manage expectations regarding facility maintenance and cleanliness, as there are conflicting reports of both high cleanliness and significant issues (disabled games, unclean areas, pests).
  • Be prepared for kids to have so much fun they'll be hard to get out of the place.

Things to Consider

  • Price: $42 for 90 minutes is considered 'outrageous' and not good value for regular visits.
  • Monthly membership plan value has decreased, making it less appealing for regular patrons.
  • Conflicting reports on cleanliness: One reviewer states the place is 'always clean,' while another reports 'unclean toilets,' 'unclean hallways,' and 'cockroaches walking around inside the premises.'
  • Frequent issues with disabled games ('Most of the time there are games that are disabled').
  • Can run out of popular food items; 'out of Pizza around 3 PM' was reported.
  • Parking is tough.

Price & Value

Poor. A specific price of '$42 for 90 minutes' is cited and deemed 'outrageous.' The monthly membership plan has also changed and is no longer considered 'a good value,' making it hard to afford 'not as a special occasion expense.'

Accessibility & Special Needs

  • No specific accommodations mentioned in the reviews.

🍎Food & Drink Policy

  • Pizza is available for purchase but can run out by 3 PM. No information on outside food policy.

🚗Parking Info

  • Parking is tough.

👥Crowd Levels

  • Generally does not feel overcrowded despite being 'always busy.'
  • The venue can reach 'sold out' capacity, indicating high attendance at times.

🛡️Safety Features

  • Waiver completion is required.
  • Wristbands are provided for jumpers.
  • Staff are described as friendly and attentive to getting kids started quickly (indirectly contributing to supervision).
  • Conflicting reports on overall cleanliness and pest control, which are critical for health and safety.

When to Avoid

  • If you are on a strict budget for regular entertainment, due to high single-visit price and devalued membership.
  • If high standards of consistent cleanliness and full functionality of all attractions are non-negotiable, given reports of significant maintenance and hygiene issues.
  • Arriving without pre-purchased tickets during anticipated busy periods, as the venue can 'sell out.'
  • Expecting specific food items (e.g., pizza) late in the afternoon.

My twins love this location. There's plenty of things to do. There's a bunch of space for everyone to run and play and have fun.I don't ever feel like it's overcrowded. They are always busy, and it's hard to get them out of this place lol. The staff is friendly and the place is always clean. Parking is tough, but other than that, I have no complaints.

Signed outside said "sold out". Did not purchase ticked online. Waited in line with my son and his friend. The young man at the counter told the boys that they are the last ones before its sold out. put the wrist band on so they can go jump and asked me to complete the waiver. He wanted to make sure the boys are having fun while i complete t he waiver. Did not have to wait for the next season. Highly recommend.

The review is for the price. I am giving it 3 stars because the facility is nice and kids usually are having fun. But the price for 90 minutes of this kind of attraction is becoming outrageous!!! $42. 😯. And they also changed the monthly membership plan. It's not a good value any more and I honestly don't know how with the current economy people can afford it not as a special occasion expense. If someone in higher management read this I'll encourage them to change course... We won't be visiting again soon.

Most of the time there are games that are disabled, we pay a membership for the toilets to be clean but they are not, even the hallways, there are even cockroaches walking around inside the premises, is this allowed?
