💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →Consider visiting during off-peak times, as Saturday and Sunday afternoons are extremely crowded and have major parking issues.
- →If planning to visit more than once a month, purchasing a pass may be cost-effective.
- →For birthday parties, thoroughly confirm all package inclusions upon arrival and immediately address any missing items, as follow-up from management is unreliable.
- →Carefully review the bill, especially suggested gratuity for party packages, as it may be misleadingly calculated on the entire package cost for minimal service.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Pervasive issues with facility cleanliness: dirty floors, trash everywhere, dirty restrooms, old/torn/dirty equipment.
- ⚠Attractions are reported as broken and not well-maintained.
- ⚠Unprofessional, disinterested, and inattentive employees; staff observed chatting, jumping/standing on counters.
- ⚠Significant lack of management and supervision, leading to big kids/teens running unsupervised, engaging in play-fighting, shouting, and potentially endangering smaller children.
- ⚠Security is described as useless, with unpaying teens entering and using the facility freely.
- ⚠Major customer service failures, including unreturned calls from management and unfulfilled VIP birthday package promises (missing water bottles, shirts, future passes).
- ⚠Birthday party experiences are described as chaotic and messy, with misleading suggested gratuity calculations based on the entire package, leading to high tips for minimal service.
- ⚠Snack counter can be unattended despite customers waiting.
- ⚠Parking is a major problem on weekends.
Price & Value
A pass is noted as 'worth it if you plan to go more than once per month,' suggesting individual visits can be expensive. However, VIP birthday packages have failed to deliver promised items (water bottles, shirts, future passes), leading to poor value. Suggested gratuity calculations for parties are misleading, leading to overpaying for minimal service. There are also reports of teens using facilities without paying, which detracts from the value for paying customers.

- •Equipment is described as old, torn, and potentially unsafe.
- •Staff has demonstrated quick response to injuries by providing first aid (ice) and mobility assistance (wheelchair).
⏰When to Avoid
- • Saturday and Sunday afternoons due to extreme crowding and parking difficulties.

- • If hosting a birthday party and expecting all VIP package items to be delivered as promised, or robust customer service.

a week agoToday I visited Sky Zone with my 2 kids, and was thoroughly disappointed. The facility was dirty everywhere, with no apparent effort to maintain cleanliness. The employees seemed unprofessional and disinterested, often too busy chatting with each other to attend to customers. The lack of management was striking, with big kids running around unsupervised and potentially putting smaller children at risk. There was no monitoring or warning system in place to prevent accidents. The equipment and play areas looked old, torn, and dirty, which made me feel unhygienic and unsafe. Overall, my experience at Sky Zone was subpar, and I believe the facility urgently needs a makeover or new management to address these issues.

5 months agoThis place needs a make over and NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! The attractions are broken and not well taken care of. Trash everywhere, dirty restrooms, big groups of teens just randomly walking in and using the facility without paying no wrist bands or nothing(They weren’t part of a party) then they are running around, play fighting and shouting gang names. Security doesn’t tell them nothing they are useless. Employees jumping/standing on counters like animals. Would not recommend this location. Night of 08/25/24

a month agoWent for a birthday party and the kids enjoyed the different activities. My son did hurt himself (no fault on the location he is an active kid and hurt his ankle while jumping) the staff was very helpful and got him ice right away, he had difficulty walking and we were offered the use of a wheelchair many times. Later on several other people offered to get us more ice during our stay. We plan on returning again sometime when he heals up. The birthday party room was clean.

3 months agoThis place has become a lot better after the renovation. It’s much more clean and well maintained. Staff are pretty nice but still not so good with service (sometimes there was no one at the snack counter despite several people waiting in line). The slides and trapeze areas are really good. It’s nice they made a play area for kids under 48 inches tall. Definitely better than the reviews say and post renovations. Parking is a major problem on weekends and if you go on Saturday or Sunday afternoon it’s extremely crowded. The pass is worth it if you plan to go more than once per month.

2 weeks agoWe had an extremely disappointing experience for our daughter’s birthday. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to customer service, we never received the promised follow-up from the General Manager. We purchased a VIP package that was supposed to include water bottles and future passes. Unfortunately, the water bottles were never provided, and by the time we noticed, the majority of the group of 25 children had already left. Instead of offering any form of compensation, we were told we could pick up the water bottles ourselves. Given that the children don’t all attend the same school, it would have been incredibly difficult to try and distribute the bottles after the event. Additionally, my daughter never received the shirt that was part of the VIP package. When it came time to pay, we were handed the check, which was misleading as it included a suggested gratuity based on the entire party package—not just the food and beverages. My husband added a 20% tip to show appreciation for the staff, but it ended up being over $200 for minimal service, as the server only brought 5 pizzas and a few drinks. This ask was totally misleading. The event was also chaotic—there were too many kids, and the place was a mess. This "Mega VIP" experience was nothing like what we were promised, and we left feeling completely let down. I would not recommend this venue to anyone.
