Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I’m being generous by giving this place 3 stars. It was great 5 years ago, but has hit an extreme downturn. We still visit occasionally, but I feel like I need a shower each time I leave. There are definitely some customer service issues. It is typically staffed by teens, so I get it. No one is really attentive, but no one has been rude, so I’m kind of neutral on it. What I can’t overlook is the physical state of equipment. Many of these issues pose a safety risk. I’ll forgo an in depth explanation and provide photos instead.

Absolutely do not sign up for a membership here. We submitted the cancellation form online, yet we were still billed days later. We tried calling—no one ever answers, and the voicemail box is always full. We initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the cancellation didn’t go through in time. But then they charged us again the following month. We tried calling again—still nothing. It’s clear this business is intentionally making it as difficult as possible to cancel in the hopes that people will just give up. It’s shady, manipulative, and unacceptable. Stay far away.

Attended my grandsons birthday party for fifteen 5 year olds. The party went great and our hostess, Sophia did an excellent job. Everyone had a wonderful time.

The kids had a great time jumping (minus a problem in the dodgeball court that was attended but the attendant wasn’t paying close attention to the kids and there was a bullying issue that we as the parents had to address) the party room portion was extremely disorganized. The host was friendly, but clearly had no clue what was going on, or where supplies were. We had no napkins and no forks. We never did end up getting napkins, and the forks were finally found at the end of the party—but she had told us they don’t even have forks in the building, they were eventually found by a manager. The tipping being before the party room portion party seems odd, because you clearly don’t know what kind of service you’re going to receive. That being said, we have attended parties there that were seamless, so it could have just been an off day. We might book another party but know that we should bring our own supplies and be prepared to be more hands on in the process-versus enjoying the party on our own. We were told that being the first party of the day meant the room would be ready to go by the time we decided to stop jumping, but that definitely wasn’t the case.

I used to love taking my son here but since they have stopped enforcing the band rules, it's overcrowded. Before you got a color band for an hour or however long you paid for. After that time, they would announce your color band and that the time was up. Families would leave and the park rotated nicely with kids. Now, since they gave up on enforcing this rule, the place is overcrowded and kids run into each other or get nasty with each other a lot quicker now. The bigger kids push around smaller kids, it's not like it used to be.
