Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Loved this place, especially for my son who's super charged & energetic. My only issue is the amount I paid for 2 adults and 2 kids for $140 for an hour and half of jump time. Doesn't seem fair to me.

It was my first time here at this location with my family! We enjoyed our visit here as we visited at 6:00pm (2 hours before they closed) and we had a lot of fun! The lady at the instantly welcomed us in and it was easy for us to get our waivers done! Some of the attractions were closed but we weren’t so bothered by it and the other attractions kept us busy! Around 7 it got a little busier but we were still able to do whatever we wanted. The environment was also pretty neat with a big seating area for parents who didn’t wanna go into the trampolines and other courses. We’ll be back soon!

If you have teenagers, great place anyone under that age find somewhere else to go there’s nothing for smaller kids to do. There’s also younger people working there as well. They’re trying to do as much as they can I guess but teamwork isn’t the best did not see the manager until I requested one, but she was nice enough to give us free passes Because of our experience wasn’t the greatest there was nothing for the younger kids to do Chuck E. Cheese it is.. that’s not my favorite either. He used to be long ago.

This place is fun for kids under the right environment. The staff are nowhere near service desks. Instead, you can find them pacing around the entire place looking for kids to yell at. There’s a tall, young African American kid with think black glasses and a skinny petite white girl—they are the worst. They shout at kids from across the premises. These people need serious training on working with kids and recognizing neurodiversity. Twice now I’ve waited in line to buy socks. I’m the only person in line, standing for 10 minutes plus, staff just walking about. When I pull someone they just put up a finger and say someone will be with you shortly and keep walking. Both times I just went behind the counter, grabbed a pair and walked off. They are in the business of making money. If you like your kids getting yelled at, this would be a fun place for you. And no, the kids I’m talking about aren’t even behaving poorly so don’t start. These are kids just tickling their sibling while waiting in line and they get yelled at, kids who don’t exactly know where to stand to wait their turn and then are reprimanded instead of educated, or they fall off the ninja course and take a second longer to get themselves up because it’s hard for anybody!

It was ok for my little one, but for the price they charge you would expect more. I still have SkyZone 5 stars because if u get the monthly pass the price is nearly the same as the daily, the food was decent and decently priced, and since kids don't play as much as they use to it's a great place for them to burn energy.
