3 months agoI signed up for the basic plan at Lakeland. It turns out that I brought my son to Orlando for a medical appointment and he was very excited because he saw that this one was close by. It is assumed that when you sign up for a franchise like the gyms you can go to any one. Well, I arrived and there was no one to check. I had to wait and my son took off his shoes, excited to play. Someone arrived to check. I showed him the membership and he wasn't there. Then he tells me that it only works where I paid in Lakeland and that I couldn't play here. I had to pay the monthly fee again. Really, what a disappointment. I don't recommend it. My son left crying. How am I going to pay almost $30 again just for one day?

3 months agoWe had the place to ourselves! Definitely geared towards older kids, but my 4 year old still had a blast.

a year agoThe staff didn't explain anything to me at check-in. The chic that checked us in didn't bother to tell us anything about the place. Just scanned the barcode from my online confirmation. I had to ask what to do next, being my first time coming here how would I know. I don't know what's what. My son enjoyed himself, though. It's smaller than the one we have been to in Tennessee. The cost was $38.99 plus tax for 2.5 hour time. Not crowded on this day.

2 months agoI booked a birthday party for my daughter at Sky Zone, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The reservation was for two hours—one hour of jumping followed by one hour in a private party room. However, when we arrived, we found that half of the trampoline area was closed for repairs. Despite multiple phone calls to confirm the booking and sell add-ons, no one informed me about this closure. When our time in the trampoline area ended, an employee stood right at the entrance of the party room, cutting off the kids' wristbands so they couldn’t go back to jump. Even though the booking was for two hours, it was clear that once we were in the room, returning to the trampolines was not an option. The venue provides pizza and drinks as part of the package, but the pizza was terrible—definitely not fresh. It was a dry, thick, burnt piece of bread covered in a foul-smelling tomato paste with barely any cheese. It was served almost cold. Out of 11 kids and 8 adults, no one could eat it, and those who tried ended up throwing it away. When I booked, I specifically requested drinks without ice, but they still brought them with ice. Even after asking for a replacement, they again brought drinks with ice. There was a staff member assigned to our party, but after bringing the pizza, he disappeared. I had to serve the food myself, which was fine, but when he returned, he just stood awkwardly in the middle of the room. When it was time to cut the cake, he attempted to help but had no idea how to do it, so I had to take over and distribute it myself. Our room was reserved until 1:00 PM, but by 12:40, the staff member started asking us to pack up. I reminded him that we still had 20 minutes, but it felt like we were being rushed out the entire time. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would not recommend booking a party here. If I could put 0 stars I would

a week agoWe just finished having a party here for our son. Frankly, it was awful. I paid nearly $400 for an hour of jumping for the kids, and when my son wanted to go on the slide one more time after his hour was up, the woman literally screamed at him and my husband no. The front desk was a mess, the party attendant was basically useless, and we had to do everything. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I actually feel really sad for my son who left absolutely heartbroken.
