2 months agoIt’s fun for kids but stressful for parents. In the play areas there is zero supervision. Kids are just sitting and jumping on/in everything. No staff are there to give order to areas that should have lines. And the staff working at the front all looked extremely young and disinterested in much other than probably finishing their shift. Also, It’s loud af in there but that’s to be expected. Couldn’t even hear the person 2 feet away from my face trying to speak to me. Very echo-y. It’s also very stuffy inside. Must be a great place to catch something. Hope I didn’t. Zero masks if anyone cares. The pizza they had there is really basic but I thought it was actually pretty tasty surprisingly. Anyways . Interesting experience and my niece and nephew had fun so that’s what matters most.

a month agoWe had an absolute blast at SkyZone in Beaverton! This location has so much to offer—three different slides, tons of trampoline areas, a swing, an obstacle course, a basketball court, and, of course, dodgeball (which can get pretty competitive depending on the age group!). We spent most of our time on the slides, and even though the staff closed them for the last 30 minutes, we asked if they could reopen them—and Yahil kindly did! Huge shoutout to Alex and Kaitlyn at the front desk for being so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. One of the best moments was watching my nephew conquer his fear and take the plunge down the slide—a big accomplishment! We closed down the place having the best time. Definitely a must-visit for some high-energy fun!

3 months agoIt is fun for the kids, BUT here me out: The equipment desperately needs cleaning. The restroom condition is horrible every time we go, and it is far from acceptable . The front desk staff are nice, but no one is enforcing the obvious safety rules. For example, late teens play carelessly in toddler sections, and I had to get involved several times just to save my kids' lives. Again, my kids love this place, but we had to cancel our membership.

10 months agoHillsboro location is terrific, super friendly and helpful check-in staff, spotless- floors, equipment, everything was clean. The place even smelled clean. Many staff on site to supervise. Several birthday party rooms. We have a been a few times and the Noise level is more balanced and not as frantic as at some other sites. Nice even and open floor space for grownups who want to walk around, but also plenty of comfy chairs too.

3 weeks agoBooked a Birthday Party package. Not sure if it was maybe a one off day being short staffed or if it is always this way but checking in for the party was less than seamless. For the price of the party package and from what I was told before I got there, I expected a little more from the staff/ service that we paid for. The employees at the front desk were frazzled and I had to ask multiple people on what next steps were to ensure everyone was checked in and in order. When I was called to confirm the booking, I was told I could bring our own party decorations and that the team would be able to set everything up for us, unfortunately that did not happen and we scrambled to get our own stuff out to be able to enjoy the theme. They did decorate with Sky zone themed decorations which I thank them for but it was unnecessary considering we brought our own. I also had to ask for our food to be brought up from the Fridge/ Warmers after we already made our way up there. Each individual staff member was super nice and willing to help when they could, they were mostly teens trying to do their jobs so this is not a reflection on them, more on the business to ensure that party's (especially on a Saturday) are covered staffing wise. Everyone had fun on the trampolines and jungle gyms and slides which is why I am giving a 4/5 instead of a 3/5.
