Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I thoroughly enjoyed this location. There is a section near the front entrance that allows the Littles 6 and under to play. It's very safe and age appropriate. It includes 2 cool interactive games with 2 monitors. The rest of the park is kind of shaped like a U. Several different activities for the old children to play and try. Dodge ball, basketball, and a designated jump area, just to name a few. Food court is the is a little speedy, in my opinion. Restrooms are across from the party rooms, which is in the center of the U shaped mentioned earlier.

Like others, I too have been scammed! When I brought my daughter and her friends there one evening the young girl checking us in told me it would be a better deal to go this route and she showed me that the girls can come as much as they want for the month for free. I told her I didn’t want to sign up for a membership and she made it very clear that it wasn’t a membership and I won’t be paying monthly! Well I just happened to be looking at my bank account and noticed I got $157 taken out of my account in February and March a month apart. I called there and got my membership cancelled that I never signed up for and they gave me an email address to get help with reimbursement from March! But guess what? I’ve emailed them twice with no response! I noticed the other reviews with the same problem and I emailed there for help with no response from them either! Be careful! Use cash!

I am a monthly member and happy as can be. My daughter loves it and a good workout for us all. You can even buy the yearly pass for a much better price. Recommended!

Be careful going here as this isn't the only review complaining of these predatory practices. We went one time with our son and his friends in December 2024. The front desk tried to get us to sign up for a membership for all of the kids. We refused as we don't live close by and we only have one kid. We have now been charged for three months of membership fees for all the kids by this place. The onsite staff can do nothing to help and their "support" email never responds to our requests to reverse this. At this point our only choice is to cancel our card and dispute all of the charges by skyzone to stop them from charging us more. We are out of pocket over $400 for taking our kid there one time. Kids liked the experience and we would have returned for events or just because, however, now we will never return and will advise other parents we know to avoid them as well. Onsite staff is trying to be helpful but their corporate office is the problem. If skyzone corporate ever replies to our requests, we are happy to update this review, however at this time we are out of any other options to get assistance from them. UPDATE: we have already messaged the suggested email of feedback@skyzone.com and vancouver_membership@skyzone.com. The onsite staff apparently don't know the correct email as we called multiple times and were told the email address was skyzone_vancouver_membership@skyzone.com.

Great place to let the kids get energy out during the wet season! Membership has great value!
