Sky Zone Trampoline Park

(I gave it a 3 star because of the price) me and my sister go to this place what a rip off, almost $40 per jumper, it was fun but.., bathrooms, filthy, foam pits, look like they were used as a bop it, and there's no people at the cash register and some people stole snacks without paying, and arcade games took money without working

First time there with my kids and let me tell you the facility is unsanitary with ice cream stained and smears all over the floors and other sticky surfaces in which my son walked on soaking his skyzone socks! Was so disappointing, as for food theirs only candy and drinks not much of a menu. Iv been attending the Dublin ca branch which they keep very clean and are on top of their routine making sure all guest are respectful respecting the rules and are being safe while enjoying the visit as well as their manager Craig be on top of things making all guest happy and satisfied. This branch is filthy and the trampolines have lots of areas where the pads are detaching and making the springs visible and dangerous as someone can land or step right into those openings which could cause serious injury. The place has lots of fun attractions but just needs to be more cleaner and employees should be taking it more seriously and stop ignoring the filth that’s obvious, there can easily be slip and fall anytime at this facility. They should offer a better selection of food instead of sugary snacks only. Not to mention guest are carving out inappropriate images on the soft foam cubes that are in the pits. Just looks rundown. I literally canceled my membership the same day I signed us up just not worth it so many germs it’s gross. The Young employees there need to be more professional

Fun way to kill a couple hours and burn energy. The whole place felt clean and taken care of. Some wear and tear but with how rough kids play and the range of people I can't fault them. I wish the giant slides were open. We rented a party room and it's basic but the staff were friendly and it worked out in the end.

Celebrated my daughter's birthday here. I liked everything very much. Very clean. The staff are very friendly. You can buy a card from them for $35 and get a 35% discount on your birthday. We had 20 children invited and had a very good discount. Thanks a lot.

I would have given zero stars if I could. This place was awful! Came here for my godson’s birthday and the service was the worst I have ever had at a place like this. The pizzas were late and then we were told they didn’t know where they were. My sister in law was told they would take off the pizza and then they still tried to charge her. We eventually spoke to a manager and got them removed. However there was no host in the room and the young kid that did come in only came in once with her friend. The bathrooms are dirty and everyone working their is super young and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all for a party. The picture online make this place look much nicer than it is.
