Sky Zone Trampoline Park

My son was really looking forward to his party here and we were really disappointed with what we got. The room wasn’t available at the scheduled time, the left plates and cups on the table from the previous party, and then to “compensate” us for them being late - they offered us an extra 15 minutes in the room. Our party “host” came in once to tell us she thought her shift started 30 minutes later and that she was sorry for not being there (not really her fault, she was also really nice) but overall such a bad experience. Wont book here again.

This is a great option for kids, especially on rainy winter days or during extreme summer heat. However, cleanliness is a noticeable issue. I saw trash behind games, near the rock climbing wall, and even in the dodgeball pit, despite two employees being present. A little more attention to maintenance would make a big difference. Additionally, the online membership reservation process is cumbersome. A more streamlined system would greatly benefit customers, especially parents managing multiple children.

Stopped by on a Monday afternoon and it was wonderful because there were seven kids there. I can imagine it’s not so much fun on a weekend when it’s packed. I checked out the birthday rooms. Having a birthday party in a penitentiary would provide the same amount of cheer. Put some murals on your walls. Saddest birthday rooms ever. Put an ounce of love into it. It will go far.

Super expensive and incredibly rude staff. They won't let us play on anything we paid for and are super rude about it. Seriously a waste of money, time and space. I miss Rockin Jump and any sense of customer service. My kid is miserable and I am mad. So worth it. Avoid this place until they close and re open under some better employees. So sad, we love trampolines and will now be driving anywhere but my own town.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon and it was pretty fun. Came in, Signed the waiver, and went on to jump using our rockin jump socks. Friendly staff as well. It was literally only 3 toddlers/kids here total so it wasn't bad at all. Everyone was playing on everything and jumping in the drop zone.
