For my 2.5 year old, the Little Leapers times are top-notch fun! Peyton is there every Thursday, and he's the best worker a parent with a young kid could ask for! He will remember your kid's name and will ALWAYS make sure your kid is having a great time! He is constantly bouncing between every kid at the place and keeps them engaged and having fun. Bryant and I look forward to many more mornings hanging out at Sky Zone!

My 7 year old review... it's very good. Moms review: too busy, too loud , unsafe, and dirty. The goid stuff -: It will get your kid to move their body on a rainy day. Despite my negativity, we have been here at least a dozen times and to 3-4 birthday parties. The food is not bad. Equipment is in good order. The unsafe is mostly teenage staff not enforcing limits and rules. Dirty is mostly overused bathrooms and kid germs everywhere! I highly recommend a separate area for small children and rule enforcement to avoid small children being run into by much bigger kids, teens, and even adults. I saw this happen several times. It would help to keep the adults with their cameras and shoes on off the equipment. Not my favorite place but again... my child cannot wait to return. Overpriced at almost $30 for 90 min + the must have skyzone socks and that is the shortest amount of jump time avlb.

Do you have the grippy socks from RockN Jump 6 months ago? You know, the exact same place this was, with exact same equipment? Well too damn bad, you need ORANGE socks. Those others just aren't good enough. It's a money grab and it's ridiculous. Meanwhile there are 12 other kids in not orange socks. The blame "policy" but they are literally the exact same thing in another color. Other places don't care so take your jumping elsewhere. Also, it seems employees are allowed to shoot baskets during Little Leapers, with small kids running under a hoop and a basketball coming down.

I've taken my young grandsons here twice now, the latter being a snow day from school. They were short workers as one would expect, but Peyton who was managing the play area was so kind to my grandson. I was also impressed how attentive he was to all the kids there. I really appreciated that they were open. I also like that on Little Leapers time, they keep it under 6 yrs old...so much safer for the little ones. The place is clean and well managed. The equipment is in good shape. I have gone to other locations and not had the same experience so recommend this location in particular.

My family and I’ve been attending the Sky Zone in Shrewsbury for 3 years—half of those as members. Staff and management have been attentive and caring. After all of this time, I decided to write this review after witnessing a true test of the staff’s professionalism and compassion. Yesterday evening I saw some new guests start an incident that caused a panic among the families in attendance—including myself and my children. Throughout the 30+ minute ordeal, the staff maintained a calm and supportive presence. Several times employees would check in to see if guests were okay. After officers arrived to contain the situation, an employee offered my kids (who were visibly upset) some ice cream in attempt to console them. The management and staff should be proud of how they handled a situation that no amount of training could fully prepare them. Hiring great people helped keep this incident from escalating even further. Thank you all!
