Visiting the Skydeck is something I've wanted to do since I was a kid. I finally got the chance and I wasn't disappointed. We went on a Tuesday night in February. I was worried because it was a little cloudy, but the forecast showed it would be the best day of the week, so we went for it. We had incredible views of the city lights. There was an expedited option. I don't think that was worth the extra $20. The tickets are reservations for a specific time, so if you show up at your appointed time, you'll get in within the half hour. It appears the primary benefit for the expedited ticket is for visiting the glass ledges. Each party is only allotted about 90 seconds. But you can circle back in line as often as you want. There are two lines. One for general admissions and one for expedited (being much shorter). There weren't many people there at our time, so it wouldn't have made much of a difference.

Beautiful place. I loved that the entrance is designed like a museum where you can learn about Chicago’s history and gastronomy. Once you reach the observation deck, you get an amazing 360° view of the city. It’s stunning both during the day and at night. We went at sunset and stayed until nightfall to take photos in ‘The Ledge.’ A staff member helped us with the pictures, so we got some great group shots. An unforgettable experience.

Great attraction in the city of Chicago. Located at the Willis Tower, is very easy to get there and close to other must see sights in the Windy City. If you are coming by train, is right close to the station. Once you get in the building, there are signs directing you to the elevator for the deck, and you can also enjoy of the restaurants and Caffés from the lobby of the Willis Tower. I highly recommend to buy tickets in advance, I went on a weekday and the place was not full, but having tickets, you can go straight to the entrance to get the elevator and don’t have to wait in line to buy tickets. The way for the elevator is very well decorated with pictures and texts telling the story of the city and of the building. There is almost no waiting time to get the elevator once you finish your way there, and the trip up was very fast. The deck is incredible, stunning views from all sides of Chicago. There is a place to eat and a gift shop, and even though you have a time on your ticket to get the elevator, there is no time to leave the deck, so you can take your time and enjoy. Once you do a 360 exploring all sides of the deck, you have the opportunity to take some pictures on the glass deck. There is a limited time per person for the pictures, and you have to take them by yourself, staff will take one for you that you can buy by the end of your experience. Price for the visit was fair, but the gift shop and the pictures they take for you are quite costly if you are interested in buying them. In general, I recommend! A must see for the in lovers of the Chicago city and skylines!

The Skydeck in Chicago, located on the 103rd floor of the Willis Tower, offers a spectacular view of the city and its surroundings. I particularly enjoyed the Ledge, a glass platform that allows you to walk over the city—an exhilarating but fascinating experience. The structure is modern and well-organized, with informational panels that tell the history of the city and the tower. Chicago is a unique city, with a mix of modernity and historical charm, and visiting the Skydeck is definitely an unmissable way to appreciate it from a different perspective.

The glass-floored Ledge is both thrilling and unique, perfect for capturing amazing photos. The interactive exhibits add an educational touch to the visit.
