💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →Be prepared for potentially dated rooms and some cleanliness issues; inspect your room upon arrival and request immediate corrections if needed.
- →If traveling with more than two people, proactively request extra pillows and blankets at check-in.
- →Consider visiting during off-peak times (e.g., weekdays) to potentially avoid overwhelmed staff and crowded conditions.
- →If sensitive to chlorine, be aware of reports of high chlorine levels; bring nose clips or consider if this venue is suitable.
- →While some basic toiletries are available at the front desk, it's best to bring your own essentials.
- →At ~$90 a night, manage expectations for room updates and pristine conditions.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Hotel rooms are dated, with reports of stains, mold/rust in the pool area, and not always being 'super clean' (though no bed bugs or major safety issues mentioned).
- ⚠Room amenities like TVs, USB charging ports, and alarm clocks may not always be in working condition.
- ⚠King suites may appear smaller in person than in pictures.
- ⚠Staff can become overwhelmed during peak times, such as weekends with multiple birthday parties, impacting service.
- ⚠Reports of excessive chlorine in the water causing illness in children and sinus congestion in adults.
- ⚠Lack of attention to pre-set room items for larger groups (e.g., extra pillows and blankets not provided without request).
Price & Value
The hotel is considered 'very affordable' and a 'fun little getaway' for around $90 per night. While some suites on weekends are described as 'a little overpriced,' the overall consensus is that it offers good value for an indoor waterpark hotel. Vending machines are reasonably priced, and continental breakfast is included, adding to the value.
♿Accessibility & Special Needs

🍎Food & Drink Policy

🛡️Safety Features
- •Reviewers noted 'NO bed bugs or any big safety issues' in the rooms, despite other cleanliness concerns.
- •A potential health/safety concern is the reported 'over abundance of chlorine in the water that was making children ill'.
⏰When to Avoid
- • If you expect a modern, perfectly pristine, or fully updated hotel room and amenities.
- • If your children are highly sensitive to chlorine or prone to sinus issues.
- • If you're looking for a large-scale, thrill-intensive waterpark experience suitable for older teens or adults.
- • Peak times, especially if multiple birthday parties are booked, as staffing can be stretched thin.

2 weeks agoMy girlfriend and I are staying here right now for our 2 year anniversary! Most adults my age want to party and make bad choices. Our idea of fun is innocent fun like shopping, going to the zoo, pool, etc. This place is the perfect place for us! The staff have been very friendly and helpful! We forgot brushes and toothpaste and the front desk had toothpaste and combs for us! We are very thankful! We loved the waterpark! The slide was fun and fast! Lots of people in the other reviews were complaining about stains in the room, it not being updated, or super clean but the hotel is $90 a night. I don't expect a perfect hotel for that price. The only reason why I give it a 4 out of 5 instead of all 5 stars is just due to the pool having lots of mold and rust and the room not being super clean, there are NO bed bugs or any big saftey issues just a few stains. Overall tho if you want a fun little getaway for only $90 per night it is pretty great! The vending machines were also very reasonably priced!

a month agoThe rooms were a little dated but the sweets were decently sized. They were a little overpriced on the weekends. The staff were very nice & accommodating. The water park area is GREAT for smaller kids as most of the water is only about 3 1/2 feet deep. My 5 yr old LOVED it & I would definitely go back again & again.

3 weeks agoKing suit looks bigger in the pictures than it is. It think this place could be better if it was more up to date. Working tvs, USB port charging, alarm clocks that actually work, paying attention to the check ins(ex: extra pillows and blankets already in rooms for guests that have more than 2 people) My experience was not overly pleasant. The young gentleman that checked me in was very courteous and sweet. Did a fantastic job getting me what I needed. The manager was nice enough to fix the biggest issue I had and that made it worth it. I will at least give this hotel another chance.

a month agoWe had a great experience for this hotel over spring break. The water park was perfect for our kids aged 7,5,3. The have a small kid area, a big kid area, hot tub, and large water slide. The room wasn't cleaned when we checked in but they promptly corrected the issue. Continental breakfast.

2 months agoOverall a decent experience, but could use some work. The staff was overwhelmed with the sheer volume of people staying at the hotel, through no fault of their own, which severely impacted the services provided. Not only was there four birthday parties booked on the same date, but only one person was available for the front of house and one for the water park. As well, there was an over abundance of chlorine in the water that was making children ill and has made my sinuses congested for the last two days. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone with multiple kids looking for a fun indoor water park who also needs to save money as it was very affordable. However, the staffing needs support on site and the pool management needs attention.
