a month agoSloans Lake is an amazing city park! The walking trail is paved and super easy to walk on. You’ll get to enjoy beautiful views of both the city and the mountains. There are restaurants on the west and south sides. It’s a sunny walk, but it can be a bit windy, so make sure to bring some water and layers, haha!

a month agoBig lake. Good views. The full circle is a fun walk through the gentrification of the area. Million dollar homes on one end, income restricted apartment on the other. If you work remote and need to go for a run with your golden retriever at lunch, this is the spot for you.

2 months agoI love taking my dog here we usually go once or twice a day making like a 4 1/2 mile walk for me from my apartment to go all the way around. Lots of green space to hang out or if you’re not afraid of getting a ticket, let your dog off and throw a ball. However, it is against the law to you have your dog off leash. But that doesn’t stop absolutely anybody. Lol

4 months agoI had the pleasure of capturing Jess and Mike's engagement session at Sloan’s Lake, and it was an incredible experience! The scenic views of the lake with the Denver skyline and the mountains in the background provided the perfect backdrop for their session. Whether we were walking along the shoreline or finding quiet spots among the trees, every moment felt effortlessly romantic. Jess and Mike were such a fun, easygoing couple to work with, and their connection truly shines through in every photo. The natural beauty of Sloan’s Lake, combined with their love and excitement for the future, made this engagement session one to remember. If you’re looking for a location that offers a mix of nature and city views, Sloan’s Lake is the perfect spot. It was a joy to capture this beautiful chapter in Jess and Mike’s journey, and I’m so excited for their upcoming wedding day!

9 months agoThis is one of the beautiful park I have seen in Denver. Very very well Maintained, excellent location. Parking is little small but can be found if you can wait for few mins. The walking trail is so beautiful with excellent neighborhoods. There is cafe and roof top bar close to this place with incredible views of water and mountains on a clear sunny day.
