2 weeks agoFlowrider surfing super fun, instructor patient and kind to us first timers with my kids. However, I agree with another reviewer with front desk staff poorly trained - I had to get out of the pool with my kids dripping wet to the front desk to get wristbands and sign waivers (was never instructed to do so when I registered over the phone) for the flowrider AFTER I specially asked TWICE when I first checked in if we needed any wristbands - NOPE, nada, just all of us go right in. I was told they don’t do paper waivers or had any way I could sign at their desk (?!) without using the QR code on my phone - so I had to go back to the pool to get my phone 🫠 Thankfully actually getting on Flowrider saved the day.

3 months agoWe have been coming here since my son was 6 months old so 34 months. Lessons in the morning are great with structure. Any evening lessons are never consistent there is always a different teacher and when you get a great one they switch every week every class like I pointed out no structure. These lessons could be great with better structure especially for the price you pay. I know the price point here is technically middle of the road. The morning teachers are the best and there are a few good high school age teachers that are very good. But unfortunately my experience with the teachers hasn't been the best experience. My experience has been so so I don't even know most of the teachers names there has been no engagement between the teachers and parents in the afternoon classes. The only interaction I ever seen between the teachers and the parents are with the private lessons which is also hard. I do wish my son could get 1 teacher for the whole session rather than switching teachers willy-nilly throughout the whole session.

2 years agoAwesome but crowded water play area. We come once a month atleast since we got to know of this place. Felt clean but not too clean, people's hair was everywhere . My eyes were burning from being just sitting on the side on the benches. Too much chemicals. Play area for toddlers was cute. Splash slide was a thrill. Only extra payment was for the water surfing. Rest was included in the entry fees. There were young lifeguards. Kids were mostly well behaved. People were wearing their shoes & slippers next to water & walking in the water borders which makes water dirty. People are not considerate of the facility they get I felt. Most Employees I interacted with are polite, but I could see others cared less. But this place is awesome for birthday parties for kids in summer months especially. There's a very cute gift shop in the lobby . Entry per person is $8.25 as of 2023. This place gets a vote for One time must visit !!

2 months agoThe competition pool is very nice, it's clean and just cool enough to stay awake. Lifeguards are always happy to help, going out of their way to make sure you get what you need. So thankful that the aquatic center is so reliable

a month agoGreat pool and facilities. Love using the pool and find scheduling to be quick and easy. The "Lazy River" area was recommended to me by my PT for rehabilitating an injury.
