South Bay Marina

Just bought a new trailer for my boat at South Bay marina. Had to order the trailer it took about two weeks. They set up the trailer everything was very smooth they were great to deal with. I will definitely go back. Thanks

Staff may seem friendly but they are very unprofessional. They charge top dollar and do not provide a fraction of the expected top service. They added a new dock but gave away clients dock space. Consider using ANYONE else on the bay or go to Canandaigua for boat needs!

The employees at South Bay Marina were very professional and the pontoon was clean and comfortable. We'll definitely be renting again!

While I can't comment on their boats, their customer service was great. I made a last minute rental that I then had to cancel due to a COVID exposure. Minus a small fee, they worked with me on getting a full refund. They even offered to give me full credit on a future rental if I had wanted. Their flexibility was greatly appreciated and I'll rent from them next time I am in town. Thanks!

Above and Beyond expectations. Absolutely amazing, attentive and caring service with an exceptional team. When boat work is completed ahead of schedule and below estimated costs its nothing short of miraculous. Trusted business and definitely recommend! ⚓️
