• • Chef-prepared, delicious, balanced lunches are provided as part of the all-inclusive tuition in a modern air-conditioned dining room.

🛡️Safety Policy

• • Southampton Summer Day Camp is accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA), meeting over 300 standards for health, safety, and program quality.
• • The camp undergoes regular independent audits by the ACA every three to five years.
• • The Camp Health Center is staffed by two Registered Nurses (RNs) who are available to discuss child's health needs.
• • Staff members demonstrate leadership, responsibility, and a genuine love for children; many are former campers.
• • Multiple pre-camp training sessions are conducted for staff covering safety and policy issues (SSDC, Church Mutual Insurance Company, and ACA standards).
• • Water Safety Instructors, Lifeguards, and Outdoor Challenge Crew receive additional pre-camp training to maintain current certifications.
• • Staff members 18 years or older must submit state clearances, including an FBI fingerprint certification.
• • Numerous water stations are located throughout camp, and Senior Counselors and Supervisors ensure campers stay hydrated and apply sunscreen.
• • Required registration forms include Household Form, Camper Profile Form, Camper Health History & Signed Medical Form, Hampy’s Kitchen Participation, and Signed Waiver of Terms & Conditions.
• • Parents must confirm the camper is in sound physical and mental health, capable of participating in all activities without specialized attention, and that their health/behavior will not negatively impact others or the program.
• • Parents must promptly advise Camp Directors in writing of any change in the camper’s physical or mental health.
• • Directors reserve the right to refuse or dismiss a camper whose resume or health history is unsatisfactory, or whose condition, conduct, or parental influence is deemed detrimental to the camp's best interests.
• • New CIT or LIT applicants may be required to provide character references.

📅Booking Policy

• • Early Bird Enrollment for summer 2026 is open through September 15, 2025.
• • Enrollment is encouraged ASAP as tuition rates will increase and groups may move to a waitlist after September 15th.
• • To secure a spot for 2026, selections must be made, and a deposit placed.
• • All balances are due by May 1st, 2026.
• • Accepted forms of payment: Checks, Cash, ACH (Electronic fund transfer from checking/savings), and Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS).
• • All outstanding balances for tuition are due in full by May 1, 2026. Final parent mailing (including assignment, bunk schedule, and transportation) will not be sent until balance and required paperwork are submitted.

• • All special requests (e.g., bunking/grouping) must be submitted in the Camper Profile form or sent in writing to the camp office by March 1, 2026.
• • Written requests for placement with friends are subject to Directors’ approval and the best interests of the camper(s), bunk, and camp. Conflicts will defer to earliest received requests.
• • Confidentiality is maintained for 'not with' bunk requests.
• • Acceptance of camper enrollment is also based on transportation availability.
• • 2nd Seat/2nd Stop Calendars must be confirmed by May 1, 2026.

🚗Parking Information

• • Parent drop-off begins at 8:30 AM.
• • Parent pick-up begins at 4:05 PM.
• • Parents can pick up their child before 3:00 PM (before bus load in/out) or sign them out from the USA lobby during regular pick up times (4:05-4:20 PM).
• • Parent transportation option available with a $200 discount for 8 weeks.
