4 months agoA fun climbing gym. The staff was friendly during our session. I stayed on what I perceived was the easier route (it wasn’t marked). The inside is not what I was expecting. It’s smaller than I imagined it to be. This was my first rock climbing experience so I have nothing to compare my visit to. Rock climbing was on my list of things to try and this gym served the purpose.

2 months agoDwight was so helpful and nice to chat with when we came in to rock climb. Last time I went rock climbing was as a teenager so Dwight instructed my husband and I on how to use the belays and how to secure our harnesses. The belay lesson was so simple and made me and my husband confident to belay each other. All of the rock climbing paths were fun and challenging and the equipment rental was relatively cheap. We will definitely be back for more climbing.

a year agoBeen coming here for nearly a year and absolutely love this place. Recently did a lock-in and climbed all night with good friends and it was an absolute blast. 10 out of 10 would recommend again and again. Definitely worth going to climb there, the staff is friendly and knowledgable and the other climbers are great.

2 months agoSome other gym please come to this area!!!! Worst gym, not safe, avoid. I've climbed for years, and this is by far the worst gym I have ever been to. Cracks forming in the walls, they mix bouldering areas and top rope, super dangerous. Only a few pads. And the floors are not going to protect you from a dry fire, weird fall while bouldering. Went on a weekend and it was basically completely empty. One guy working and he wasn't even there 50% of the time. Came here to test it, hoping it was just a grungy old fashioned gym, love that, nope just bad.

7 months agoWe really enjoyed our adventure at Space City Rock Climbing. Nice equipment reasonably priced, and 2 hours was about all our muscles could handle. We will be back.
