Spooktacular

The decorations were awesome, lackluster of things todo, but the maze was easy because it was literally follow the 1st group in front of you amd your out.if im paying $60 and I go to a scare zone and not a single actor did a thing and just stood there looking at you....it was waste of money for what should of been 15 a person.

I wished I should’ve read these reviews before I went/purchased tickets. I attend every year with my daughter and this year was horrible! There was no DJ, fewer candy stations, no scare zone and everything seemed rushed and thrown together at the last minute. What happened to the staff that would dress up and greet the kids? Then to have us pay $30 per person was a total ripoff. I will not be back next year.

What happened this year? Last two years were great! This year they recycled decorations from the lantern festival. For Halloween?! We spent $180 for our extended family to go. I think a refund is deserved. Do not go!

I was so disappointed I could have cried, I have two adopted girls that I tried to make this special for them. You showed greed over your customers. Looks like the sale of tickets were more important than the kids enjoyment. No one managed the crowds and at times no one could move either way. Dead locked locations. We drove two hours to this event, spent over a hundred for us to get in and I don’t believe I’ll ever go again. You know you over sold. You should be ashamed! I’m surprised you didn’t have a stampede with someone getting hurt. Helen Chlarson

Absolute waste of money and what a disappointment. We have been going for years and have LOVED it but it gets a little worse every year and this year they charged the same but there were no activities, no haunted swamp which is really the selling point, like 4 candy stops for the kids, the ghoul on skates which is also like the coolest part wasn’t there. Overall just so completely disappointing and a waste of money. I wish they had advertised that they were like nah why bother so we don’t waste our time.
