Randomly updated a charge on my card and overdrew my account. Great way to lose repeat business from a long time customer. It’s not like there aren’t other options in the area such as Bi-Mart, Fisherman’s Marine, Coastal, Adaptive Firing Solutions, Northwest Armory, Curt’s Discount Shooter’s Supply, Wilco, Broken Arrow Archery, Benchmade, etc…

First time going today. I Walked into the store feeling very excited and hopeful! Walked out angry and disappointed! First of all I picked a number and waited for over half an hour. Once I finally did receive help a man named Randy helped me. I asked him for advice and it was like squeezing blood from a turnip. The advice he did mention was taking shooting lessons (which I have no problem with) but I let him know that with the laws changing very soon I wanted to go ahead and get started on making a purchase. At that time he said "well we've known this for about 2 years now haven't we".. which I thought was very unnecessary, disrespectful and rude! This was a total waste of time!! The place looks nice and maybe if I had of talked to someone else I might have had a different experience but I wouldn't recommend talking with Randy!! Not a very helpful person

They have just about all your outdoor needs. Dale was so nice and helpful. He was truly knowledgeable about the products. He was able to explain to me in simple terms on some items I had questions about. I look forward to returning to this store. Their products are just about equal in price as other surrounding stores but they are a lot more helpful than most stores.

Highly recommend to visit here early in the morning. Customer service tend to slow down towards noon and after. Many employees working there are friendly. If you're new to firearms look for older guys. Young ones won't be able to provide certain information (no offense to them). I do wish they had some retention holsters and #4 buckshot etc. Gotta look for them elsewhere. More people will line up thanks to a brainless judge of lower court approving M114

First time to this store. As soon I walked in, I was greeted by a staff. The place was very clean and well kept. It was kinda cool how they have a mini track right by the shoe department. I'm guessing the track is for you to test out the shoes before purchasin. I didn't find the crocs I was looking for but walked out with a couple of shoe inserts.
