2 weeks agoWe had a great experience with the waterpark. I have a son with special needs and all Rebecca the supervisor of the waterpark was INCREDIBLY friendly and accommodating! She is a credit to the company and helped make the experience for both my son and the rest of the family accessible, enjoyable and memorable. This is a great place to bring the family and spend some real quality time together while having a lot of fun! It is a great staff, wonderful accommodations and a fantastic property.

a month agoFirst time visit. It was very busy due to Spring Break. I appreciated that the hotel let us get passes before the room was ready. So pack your swim stuff in a separate bag. It's pretty clean. The hot tub was great. The lazy river was nice. 3 tubes to go down was fun. Big area for little kids. If going during a day with no school note, they do fill up. Get passes ahead of time. Be patient. Have fun!

5 months agoWhat a beautiful Christmas set up, you have to see this to believe it. They have both a drive-through or a walk-through to see all the beautiful Christmas lights. The kids can fill out Christmas wishes and mail them to Santa, and they actually get a response from Santa in the mail.

2 weeks agoWe’ve been coming to the waterpark for years now. We have swam and we’ve come to sit and let our son and friends just swim. It was always a $5 spectator pass, which I never minded paying for. I purchased tickets online before coming, $50 for an all day pass is reasonable but I feel should be discounted if coming past have of the time open. The BIGGEST reason we will not be returning is they’ve gone away with the spectator pass, and my husband and I had to pay $104 to site fully clothed in the waterpark. I realize there is a business to be run here, but you are making a very large profit off all the passes and food purchased while in the waterpark. Especially since you don’t allow any carry ins! Being one of very few indoor waterparks around, I expected better. Definitely sharing this with all of our friends and family.

a week agoFood was overpriced and underwhelming. The “toddler” or should I say, kids area had a lot of issues. Calcium build up, the water shoots out of the pipes, and water guns EXTREMELY hard, my daughter slid down one of the slides and it took the skin off of her ankle. They had bandaids, but not the ones that are waterproof, so every time she tried to get back in the water, it burned extremely bad, so we ultimately left. It could use a good clean and there are definitely some updates that need to be made. Until then, we won’t return. I can say that it was not busy, so the kids could move around comfortably. There was more than enough tubes for the water slides and lazy river. Also, the lifeguards were on it. They did a great job at staying attentive and making sure all were safe.
