a week agoWhat a great place. They have it all. And I found the details of the safety of the children to be exceptional. Whether wall climbing, or gearing up for the zip lines, I felt satisfied my children were safe. Now, if you wear hearing aids or sensitive to sensory overload, this may not be for you. But they also have a great old school arcade. In addition to the classics of Galaga and Ms. pac man, It's been decades since I've found a working Joust game. Awesomeness.

2 weeks agoMe and my wife had an amazing time at Spy Ninja HQ! The VR experience was definitely a highlight — so much fun and super immersive. Reina was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by capturing awesome photos and videos of me and my wife that we’ll cherish. Dana was also fantastic — super friendly and gave us great recommendations that made our visit even better. Highly recommend Spy Ninja HQ to anyone looking for a fun, interactive experience. 10/10 — we’ll definitely be back and will be telling our friends about it!

a month agoHeld my kid's birthday party here. It was great and they had a blast. There are a lot of great things that happened versus only a couple small negatives. Hopefully they continue to grow and improve. Most workers seems genuinely happy to be there, but a couple don't and almost killed the vibe. The only negatives were the couple unfriendly employees, them trying to incorrectly cut our wristband time by half an hour, which i had to argue for them to correct, and when I sent our group of 10 kids to play I asked to add one more wristband for myself but they closed the ticket without doing so. I tipped $100 cash and thought they'd work harder not to make those kinds of small mistakes. Oh well, I didn't get to participate and they lost out on some extra money. Definitely go see the awesome Keoki up in the retro bar. Overall, I'm still giving 5 stars since it was an ALMOST perfect experience and the kids still had fun.

2 months agoFirst time they turned my family down by wanting to charge $$ for us parents even if we just wanted to hang around and not jump or climb, my 17, 10 and 5 year old that is as tall as a 7 year old had to look back to their favorite flip and out ❤️ its fine I guess and even cheaper!! We happen to always be around that side of town and used to go there a lot. I guess they dont have the view from where I normally sit 🤷♀️. And yes the 1 star is for spy ninjas west sahara. The pictures are from flip N out.

3 weeks agoMy Best Friend and I went on 4/10/25 for her birthday and we had so much fun. Thanks to your amazing staff members (Kam A.) for being patient with us on the zip line and other activities. (Brenda) our bar tender who was also amazing. (Nadia M. )The front desk rep for taken care of us and there was also another (young African American girl) at the rock climbing area that was so patient with us. We had such a great time as grown adults.i came from Los Angeles I will definitely be back with my kids.
