Spyder Flip Jump of San Antonio

Worst experience in the world! I would love for the owner to contact me! We have the whole thing recorded. 4 girls went to jump here one was in a long dress. They took the girls to the scale took our money then said you need to change her into shorts or she can’t jump. We said sorry we don’t have a change of clothes with us please just give us our money back. The lady, (You CAN NOT MISS HER in the picture) said just dispute the charge with your bank we don’t do refunds and if it’s a issue we can take your other kids who were already jumping off and call mall security and have you escorted out. Horrible people & horrible service.

It’s 5:34 on Sunday and they won’t let our kids jump even though the sign says open till 6

Took my granddaughter to jump had great service and taught her how to flip, thank you Also had a great view of the river to watch while she jump

This is the worst experience. We came to visit and our kiddo wanted to jump. The jump attendant had a poor attitude and seemed to be annoyed around children. She proceeded to sit on her phone and not interact or give instruction on how to jump or flip. Will NOT return.

It was fun me and my 2 cousins got on and we didn’t know if we would be able to but they told use the weight limits before n they don’t do refunds but we still decide to get on n that’s when they told we could do flips which was even better thank you
