2 years agoWe love the Little Spokane river. We float it every year as a family. The parking is limited depending on the day. The river can get pretty busy. The restrooms are usually ok. About the same as other outdoor restrooms. The put in is decent. It netting in the shore is really helpful to not slip or get sucked into the mud. There is always a lot of wildlife. I have seen cranes, ducks, turtles, fish, geese, and sometimes frogs. It is a gorgeous float and we plan on coming back each year.

2 years agoReally nice kayaking trip. Current moves along pretty fast, even in early August and it’s still cold af too. We went past the take out and went all the way down to nine mile recreation area. It was just shy of 10 miles and took a good 5+ hours.

a year agoAn easy in and out here. Parking is tricky, so arrive earlier in the day. Lots of cool wildlife can be seen on the float.

2 years agoGreat escape to nature you regularly see moose and eagles! Current moves along decent when water is high. My favorite quick escape to the water!
