💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • For performances where visual detail is crucial (e.g., intricate plays), avoid mezzanine seating.
  • If wheelchair accessibility for bathrooms is needed, specifically inquire about or locate the main floor accessible bathrooms through a set of doors and a lounge.
  • Plan parking in advance; the Pine Street parking garage is suggested as the cheapest option, but requires a few blocks of walking.
  • Manage expectations regarding consistent staff friendliness; some staff are excellent, while others (particularly parking attendants and general service staff) may be less engaging.
  • Be aware that seating can be a bit tight, which may be a consideration for comfort.

Things to Consider

  • Mezzanine seats are reported to be too far away to clearly see intricate details required for certain performances, like plays.
  • Most bathrooms are not easily handicapped accessible due to steps; only specific ones on the main floor (through a lounge) are wheelchair accessible.
  • Parking can be a problem, and parking attendants have been criticized for being unfriendly, unhelpful, and unresponsive during an emergency.
  • General service staff (e.g., at escalators and drink counters) have been described as unfriendly, unsmiling, and seemingly miserable.
  • Seating can be a little tight for some patrons.
  • Staff members have, on occasion, provided conflicting or incorrect directions.

We visited Stifel to see the newer Casino Royal movie with the St Louis Symphony Orchestra. This was such a fun event! The theater is beautiful with great views from every seat. This is a relatively small venue, holds about 3k. Beverages and snacks are available in the club. The staff was great, including the ushers, greeters and bar. Everyone was friendly and provided great service. We enjoyed this experience so much we are going back to see Revolution in May. I highly recommend visiting Stifel, it’s a five star venue! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went to see Father Mike Schmitz, and it was our first time visiting this theatre. The event was wonderful. The building is elegant and chsrming inside and out. The only problem may be parking. We used the parking garage on Pine Street and walked a few blocks there. It's the cheapest.

Lovely theatre. The main theatre is nice and there are places for wheelchairs. If you're going to see anything intricate, like a play for instance, the mezzanine is too far away to really see well. If you're going for something where detail isn't important, then any seat would be fine. Far left or right doesn't produce any blind spots. Most of the bathrooms are not easily handicapped accessible; there are steps leading to most bathrooms. The ones on the main floor, back through a set of doors through a lounge are wheelchair accessible. Staff were pleasant but gave us different, and wrong, directions on several occasions.

My mother and I went Sunday to see the final performance of Shen Yu! Highly recommend for everyone to see, it's like you are in a trance from the beauty of the costumes, the smooth dancing and the scenery. On the other hand, we did not like the experience of the workers of the theater. The parking attendants are not friendly even when u r trying to talk to them. There was an elderly woman who fell and face first onto the concrete and got pretty injured. The workers who did the parking did not do anything or ask if we needed help with her, she just stood there and turned her back to us. Finally after 15 minutes a very nice man from the Stifel came over and helped us across the street to the medic and even helped my mom and I get inside. The young man who ran the metal detector was so nice and polite. We then went up the escalator and the workers there don't smile, don't greet you nothing. They just look miserable. When we got online for a drink and it was our turn all you hear is"Next", and that's it. Even when you greet them they say nothing and again look miserable. The Stifel theater itself is beautiful and clean but they really need to clean up the employees there to make this a better environment.

This place is incredibly beautiful! Not a bad seat in the house, little tight though, but still amazing!
