3 months agoWe have been at Suncoast for over 3 years doing a variety of classes. I will start by saying the coaches are amazing. Coach Jase, Coach Gavin and Coach Aubrey are wonderful in the Ninja school. Coach Riva is great with the little ones for gymnastics. Every dance class we've attended has been excellent, by both coach Tanya and Misti. Also, Alex at the front desk is amazing! However, the new make up policy is horrible. I've had multiple times where my kids were sick so I didn't want to take them but also don't want to miss an expensive class! The lack of make up options and flexibility encourages parents to bring in sick children and the place becomes a germ fest. Prior to new ownership, there was unlimited make ups and smaller class sizes. The huge class sizes make it hard for the coaches to keep track of the individuals and focus on their skills. I understand the need to make money as a business but the cut off for class sizes is getting larger and larger! I feel bad for the coaches who care and are trying to give each child their attention because it becomes difficult with so many kids.

3 months agoThe coach for the 3:30 Ninja class is AWESOME!! He has such patience with the kids. And a great teacher! It’s too bad that some of the kids don’t listen and it takes away from the class. Parents need to recognize this. His entire team is amazing!!!

6 months agoThe teachers are truly so kind. The front desk is horrible. The directors are horrible. I have multiple emails that were sent to a director which never got a response. I enrolled 2 kids in a class and when we showed up for another week of class, was told one kid couldnt join cause he was too old. Asked why I wasnt told this prior so I wouldn't have a crying kid, answer was 'well i did tell the front desk last week when they called to ask'. Ok so when was i going to be told so i wouldnt drag a kid to a class for him to have to sit and watch other kids have fun for an hour?! Was told to email the same director who never responded to emails over a previous issue. Called back to cancel, was told my card was removed and when I checked online, it was not. Had to call back again to get it removed. The preschool director was kind and tried her best to get it sorted out so I appreciate that. But their communication & organization is horrible. My kids have left there crying too many times.

6 months agoI love Suncoast Gymnastics! Their coaches are trustworthy and like family. The coaches are experienced and truly dedicated. I'm so impressed with our daughters progress. Our oldest daughter competes for their competitive compulsory gymnastics program. They have a bunch of cool programs like dance, musical theater, tumbling, trampoline, and even parkour. They offer so many different options for entertainment, such as holiday themed "parents' night out." Your child can also always try a class for free before signing up. My kids have gone here for approximately 5 yrs. My girls love Suncoast, and that's the most important aspect.
