💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →Book open play sessions online to secure your spot.
- →If unexpected issues arise leading to a missed booking, speak with the staff (like Diana); they are noted for being understanding and may offer solutions such as a credit for a future visit.
- →Be mindful not to lean on the safety netting near the slide and ball pit to prevent it from bowing.
- →Consider it a worthwhile destination for a day trip, as some parents travel specifically to visit.
Things to Consider
- ⚠The netting at the bottom of the slide and near the ball pit has been observed to be leaning or bowed, possibly due to parents leaning on it.
Price & Value
$20 per child for open play. This is considered excellent value ('only $20,' 'incredible') given the spotless cleanliness, focus on safety, well-maintained facilities, variety of age-appropriate activities, crowd control, and high level of customer service. It is viewed as worth the cost, even for a day trip.
♿Accessibility & Special Needs

- •No information regarding outside food or on-site food/snacks was mentioned in the reviews.
🚗Parking Info
- •Easy parking available, which is a significant convenience for parents.
👥Crowd Levels

🛡️Safety Features
- •Described as 'super safe' and 'well maintained' overall.
- •Continuous tidying by staff helps ensure a hazard-free play area.
- •A dedicated, padded '0-1yo space' provides a secure environment for infants.
- •Presence of netting near the slide and ball pit (though noted as leaning, it is a safety barrier).
⏰When to Avoid
- • **Parents of older children (5+):** The venue is 'geared towards younger kids,' so older children may become bored quickly.

a month agoMy 1.5 year old had a blast here! I'm so happy we came by. It's a big play area with different twos and activities. It's very well maintained. Diana, at the front and who helped us, was the biggest sweetheart. Great place, great vibes, easy parking and only $20. What more could I ask for?

3 months agoI wish we had a place like this in Charlottesville! We drove to RVA for the day and came here. Our 18 month old had the time of her life. The place was spotless and super safe. It’s also incredible that it’s geared towards younger kids and only allows a certain number of kids in at a time. I’m so excited for them to expand!

2 weeks agoI haven't even been able to let my daughter play here yet but it already gets 5 stars from me! We had booked open play online for today and unfortunately my daughter's behavior would not allow us to go there. I really did not want to be out the money so I went in not knowing what to expect. I was so flustered and stressed and on the verge of tears because it has just been a very rough week and Diana was a ray of sunshine (perfect for where she works 🌞) who took such great care of me! She was so understanding, and was able to accommodate us and give us a credit to come play another day, and she also let me vent and empathized with me. It meant a lot to me to feel seen and understood. I can't wait to bring our daughter back here to play. I know she is going to love it! Thanks again, Diana, for reducing my stress and making me feel so much better!

a month agoThis is a beautiful play place. Very large and lots to do for littles. It seems clean overall and we enjoyed our time! We especially loved the climbing area and slide. Only thing that I didn't like was the netting at the bottom of the slide and by the ball pit is leaning. I think a lot of parents lean on it so it's bowed towards the kids. Besides that it was a great experience.

a year agoGreat play space and a great experience for both our 1yo and 4yo. Love that everything is clean and well managed with tidying happening as you are playing. My oldest loved the ball pit and trampoline but was also engaged with the train set and some of the wall toys. I love the separate 0-1yo space with nugget couches and lots of padding. We will definitely be back!
