This is more for 5-9 years old kids. Smaller than other jump places around DC. This is Hidden within the St James building, behind the main entrance take first left. Found parking in rear. No trampoline here and costs more than other places. More like 3.5 out of 5 stars.

The $18 per child fee for a one-hour experience felt unreasonable. We arrived at 7:20 PM, but the obstacle course was already closed. Around 8 PM, the music and air-inflated play area were shut down. When I inquired, staff confirmed the indoor playground would close at 8:15 PM, despite the website stating it closes at 8:30 PM. I paid $38.19 for entry at 7:25 PM without being informed of the earlier closing time. When asked, the front desk worker explained the earlier closure was due to holiday season adjustments, but this was not communicated beforehand. Some areas were also unavailable, making the experience not worth the cost. Proper notice should have been provided before payment.

Water Park was good, but very loud. When checking in they tried to charge us for our two year old, but it seemed to be an honest mistake where they misunderstood the guidelines. It it two and under enters for free, not under two. As parents we didn’t have to pay to enter the water park, parents only have to pay if they will be using the equipment and water slides. If you want to lock your stuff bring a pad lock with you. There is no seating in the actual water park room or any place to put things down. The area right before entering has benches and a glass wall, but it is very hazy from the humidity. Parking was insane, many people were parking on the street or in the grass. The big play area was lots of fun especially with the nerf guns and huge play structure, I saw reviews from about a month earlier complaining about the nerf availability, but that didn’t seem to be an issue while we were here. I also saw people mentioning a trampoline that was closed, I saw no evidence of a trampoline, but there was a decent sized bounce house. My son also really liked the climbing stuff. They have an arcade here as well you get a card and load the money on it like a lot of updated arcades these days. They do need sticky sock which are $5 each. I see the need for this as reasonable since the floor is large and slick.

We booked a birthday party package here for my son's 7th birthday party and although the kids appeared to be having a good time, we were very disappointed with a few things. Let me start out by saying the party room was Nice, small, but sufficient, and our decorations fit the space perfectly. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service. The kids also enjoyed the play areas to include the nerf war zone. My First concern was the food. The Pizza was Horrible... it was very doughy and barely had any sauce. Even the kids didn't want seconds, which resulted in boxes of wasted pizza and money. Most parents had to order additional options... the chicken tenders and wings were GOOD!! But how embarrassing to not be able to feed your guests. 2nd was the misinformation we received in regards to the toddler play area, non-existent. This place is more for children ages 4 and up, but we paid for additional kids in our package that were 2 and under and it was nothing for them to do. We would return for open play but I wouldn't recommend the party package unless you have a small party of 25 ppl max to include the children. Our party consisted of 20 children and about 25 adults.

This place truly is super awesome and amazing! Great spot for the whole family. Tons of activities to keep the kids busy for hours and plenty of entertainment for the parents as well. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, we will definitely be back again and again. We hosted our son’s birthday party there and now he wants to go back every year!
