2 months ago-the lazy river and waterslides were closed the entire time we were here!!!! And they only tell you on signs after walking all the way to the waterpark. This was the only reason why we came here! -they did not want to drive us in the golf cart to the waterpark just stopped at the grove from the terraces and had to walk through a parking garage -they also don't say to bring the towels from your room as they don't have any at the park -its $35/person to use the wave surfer and it wasn't on all day even when the lazy river and slides were closed it wasn't free

9 months agoThe kids had a great time at the water park. It was a fun and enjoyable experience for my toddler as well as the older kids. We also found a great restaurant nearby where we could relax and have drinks. The hotel we stayed at was absolutely beautiful, like a mini house with three bedrooms, TVs in every room, and a spacious and well-organized kitchen. It was the perfect accommodation for our family. We had a fantastic time at the water park, despite it being a bit far from Kissimmee. On our way there, we were surprised to pass by Disneyland, which was also further away than we expected. However, the drive was completely worth it. The sight of the beautiful palm trees as we approached the resort was simply glamorous and breathtaking. I had a wonderful experience during check-in at the resort. The process was a breeze, and I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff member who assisted me. Although I didn't catch his name, his exceptional service left a lasting impression. He went above and beyond to help me select a room close to the water resort, which turned out to be the perfect location. Being just a short walk away from the resort made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for its excellent customer service and convenient location.

3 weeks agoTata at Long Board was so great, she is one of the best experiences here at the Grove Resort! As for the hotel - definitely recommend. The rooms are great! However, I wish there were more umbrellas available for guests to use. I understand there’s a rental option, but paying an extra $60 for two lounge chairs and one umbrella, especially when visiting with six people and after already paying for the room, feels a bit excessive. Aside from that, I will definitely consider revisiting.

a year agoI am staying at The Grove and this waterpark is great but a key things I noticed. First the kids splash pad isn’t heated the like the rest of the pools. I suppose if you’re visiting in summer this is ok but for those visiting in “winter”, spring, or fall this is good to know.

a month agoThe water temperature is great. All the pools were heated to 83 degrees. They have a lazy river. Zero entry pool with 4.5 ft max depth. Free lounge chairs (get one early). They also have private seating. Two lounge chairs for $40 a day.
