💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • If booking a party, inquire about current staffing levels and confirm the dedicated role of party hosts.
  • Exercise extreme caution regarding billing; review statements carefully to avoid double charges.
  • If any issues arise, document everything and be prepared for a potentially lengthy and frustrating process to resolve problems with management, who may not honor initial promises.
  • Be aware that the venue can get 'lots and lots of people', especially during events like birthday parties, implying potential crowd levels.
  • Verify cleanliness and sanitation protocols if this is a high priority for your family, given past incidents.

Things to Consider

  • Severe biohazard incident involving a sewage flood (used toilet water contaminated with urine and feces) spreading over 10 feet into a party area, damaging personal belongings.
  • An employee assigned to monitor the sewage spill was reportedly playing on their phone, failing to contain the biohazard and contributing to its spread.
  • Reported 'minimal cleaning supplies & wet floor sign usage' during a major sanitation incident.
  • Party hosts may be pulled away from attending to parties due to 'staffing shortages'.
  • Management failed to honor multiple promises for full refunds or free parties after a severe incident, and ultimately did not provide any refund or passes after more than three weeks of follow-up.
  • Customers have been double-charged for party packages.
  • Difficulty in reaching management for issue resolution after severe incidents.
  • Questionable sanitation processes, inattentive staff during critical incidents, and perceived lack of integrity from management.

Price & Value

Value is severely undermined by instances of double charging for parties and management's failure to honor promised refunds/reimbursements after a major incident. While specific activity pricing is not mentioned, the lack of integrity in financial dealings indicates poor value for money when issues arise, as resolution is non-existent.

Accessibility & Special Needs

  • No specific accessibility accommodations are mentioned in the reviews.

🍎Food & Drink Policy

  • For birthday parties, customers were allowed to bring in outside food like pizza and cake, and were provided 'some space on the side' for about an hour.

🚗Parking Info

  • Parking situation is not mentioned in the reviews.

👥Crowd Levels

  • Can be busy with 'lots and lots of people', particularly during birthday parties and similar events.

🛡️Safety Features

  • Some staff members actively supervise and assist children on attractions like the zip line, contributing to a sense of a 'safe environment'.
  • However, a significant safety concern was raised by an employee's inattentiveness during a biohazard spill, leading to widespread contamination and raising questions about emergency response protocols and overall staff vigilance.

When to Avoid

  • Booking birthday parties or any large events if reliable customer service, guaranteed host attentiveness, and strict sanitation standards are paramount, due to severe past incidents.
  • Visiting if a spotless, hazard-free environment and prompt, professional handling of emergencies (especially biohazards) are non-negotiable for your family.
  • Expecting quick, transparent, or fully honored resolutions from management for billing errors or service failures.
  • If you are concerned about potentially crowded environments, as it can host 'lots and lots of people'.

Fantastic experience for our grandchildren. What a wonderful way to build their self confidence and get in some great exercise. Sade was an Allstar on the zip line. She was super with all of the little ones that needed help.

Sept. 21st my daughter’s party was flooded with USED toilet water (biohazard). As shown in the pictures below, the chair circled is where an employee was stationed to monitor/contain where the sewage was spilling from the bathroom. Because he was playing on his phone the entire time instead of monitoring the sewage flow, it managed to soak and damage our belongings that were placed at the bench alongside the wall and continued down to the door on the other side. Again, this is used toilet water in a public facility contaminated with urine and feces that managed to spread 10ft + under the “watchful” eye of the surge employee. Take note of the minimal cleaning supplies & wet floor sign usage. The gentleman circled is our party host, who had to stop attending to our party due to staffing shortages to assist with the sewage cleanup despite the fact that Surge Adventure Park boast in their online booking for party packages to allegedly have “…the most attentive party hosts in the area! Our party hosts are dedicated to making your birthday party or special event a positive and unforgettable experience for children and adults alike!”... It was surely unforgettable but for all the wrong reasons. Upon checking out, I was then charged twice for our party. We were also provided the contact info for upper management and advised that we would either receive a full refund or a free party. I opted for the full refund to which management assured me they would refund the accidental overcharge as well & will confirm the additional reimbursement with their supervisor and would contact me back. After 3 weeks of having to contact management back after not receiving call backs I am then told that management said they will do a partial refund and throw in free passes. I asked the manager to confirm the partial refund would already be initiated the same day and that I would still like for management to honor their word and issue the full reimbursement. He claimed he would initiate the refund & speak with his supervisor again. This was stated last week and no refund/passes has been honored and I can no longer reach anybody from management on the phone. After this experience I would NOT recommend using this venue for birthday parties. This incident was disgusting, unsanitary, and a huge health biohazard to say the least and based off the response from upper management they could care less. This company clearly has no integrity, inattentive staff, questionable sanitation processes and staffing shortages. Save your money for other trampoline parks that actually have integrity, care about the cleanliness of their establishment, customer safety and satisfaction.

We have been going here for years. The kids LOVE it. Today, I left my wallet which had a decent amount of cash and credit cards. It was turned in by staff and nothing missing when recovered. Thankful for the honest people at Surge!
