This place is so awesome my kids love this place! It’s so fresh and clean smells great! Staff is always friendly and willing to help! Definitely need to come more often let the kids get a workout! Steven was so helpful with my kids and my kids love Bri she’s so nice!

Super cool and fun place for older kids and or adults at that... Doesn't have a place designated for infants or toddlers (which i had my 9 month old with me) ... but we had a fun watching my oldest and her friend play. We went in on Sunday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. Staff was friendly, and I would always see at least one or two walking around at all times.

Cameron was super nice and awesome customer service. Made me feel welcomed and valued. Place was pretty big my son had a blast (3yr). Decided it was more cost effective to just get a monthly membership than a daily pass. Clean & fun the middle bounce house part was kinda deflated ? Maybe too much people in the area. Maybe a leak ? lol was a lot of area to be blown up to be fair though. Would definitely go again. Way more fun than no surrender my son loved the slides in the back. 5/5 stars. Restrooms were clean too.

We just celebrated my boys 11th Birthday Party here. It was so much fun!! The staff were super cool and very helpful. The best part of it all was joining in on the fun with my son. We couldn’t stop laughing! It’s big enough for everybody and very safe. I was impressed. It’s way bigger than it actually looks. So much fun, we are all still talking about it!

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted by a vibrant atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff, making us feel right at home. The facility is truly a paradise for both kids and adults, boasting extensive tunnels, exhilarating slides, challenging climbing attractions, thrilling ziplines, and so much more. There seems to be no end to the entertainment available for all ages. My child was absolutely thrilled with the variety of activities, and I couldn't help but appreciate the thoughtful safety measures in place. The requirement for grip socks and attentive staff supervision ensure that everyone can enjoy themselves without any worries. Overall, Syctron Freeplay Arena offers a unique and engaging experience that keeps our family coming back time and time again. Whether it's for a special occasion or just a fun day out, it's a place where we can all connect, laugh, and create cherished memories together.
