3 weeks agoTandy Hills is such a hidden gem tucked right into the heart of Fort Worth. I loved the winding trails and peaceful vibes—it’s the kind of spot you’d never expect to find in the middle of a neighborhood. Great for a quick solo reset, nature walk, or content day when you want scenic views without driving far. Definitely a new favorite for local hikes!

a month ago*EDIT* The map on AllTrails is now accurate. This may be true for other apps, but AllTrails is the one I use. This is an amazing hiking spot just 10 minutes from downtown Fort Worth. It's pretty hilly, and because of that the trails get very muddy when it rains. The trail map is so inaccurate, it's basically useless. Despite these faults, I have an amazing hike every time I come here. The views are picturesque and the trails are challenging but fun. If you enjoy being lost in nature just minutes from the city, this is your spot.

2 years agoWe always enjoy hiking the trails at Tandy Hills. But today was spectacular with all the wildflowers! That land is truly special with so many native species in just that small area! Really beautiful.

a year agoIt's a beautiful area to go for a hike. There are plenty of trails to choose from. When you get deeper into some of the trails, they do become a little overgrown. You shouldn't let that deter you from enjoying this beautiful area.
