  • Super sturdy play structures explicitly designed for parents to safely and comfortably play alongside their children.
  • Two distinct parent seating areas offering full visibility of the play area, with one specifically featuring a bar top, outlets, and chargers for remote work.
  • Comprehensive play options including a ball pit, multi-level climbing, swinging, a trampoline (on the third level), and numerous slides.
  • Clean, single-stall bathroom equipped with a diaper genie and wipe warmer, catering well to families with young children.

💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • If arriving with a stroller or if anyone in your party has mobility impairments, *park in the back* of the building, as the front entrance requires walking up a flight of stairs with no elevator access.
  • Plan for an extended visit, as children can easily stay entertained for 2+ hours.
  • Bring money or a card for on-site purchases, as Caprisun and water are available for sale and kids tend to get thirsty during active play.
  • Consider visiting during weekday mornings for a potentially quieter experience, which is especially beneficial for children wary of unfamiliar or crowded spaces.

Things to Consider

  • Inconsistent front desk customer service, with one severe report of a representative being on a personal call, giving a passive welcome, and attempting to short-change a customer.
  • A perception by one reviewer that the quantity of balls in the slide area has decreased, potentially reducing cushioning for children.
  • The quality of service can negatively impact the perceived value for money, despite compensatory offers like free visits.

Price & Value

Specific visit pricing is not explicitly stated in the positive reviews, but a negative review implies a visit might be around the '$20' mark, or that a 'free visit' offer is valued at '$20'. The overall value is highly dependent on the service experience; customers expect a 'good service period' for the price, while others find the comprehensive amenities and play experience well worth it.

Accessibility & Special Needs

  • The front entrance requires ascending a flight of stairs and *does not have an elevator*, making it inaccessible for strollers or mobility impairments via the front.
  • Parking in the back is strongly advised for individuals with strollers or mobility challenges to avoid the stairs.
  • The play structures are sturdy and allow parent participation, which could assist children with certain physical limitations within the play area.

🍎Food & Drink Policy

  • Caprisun and water are available for purchase on-site to address children's thirst during play.
  • No specific mention of allowing or prohibiting outside food or snacks.

🚗Parking Info

  • Front parking requires walking up a flight of stairs, and there is no elevator.
  • *Parking in the back* is crucial for anyone with a stroller or mobility impairments to access the venue without stairs.

👥Crowd Levels

  • Can be relatively quiet, especially during weekday mornings (one reviewer noted being the only family at 11 am).
  • Was not overly crowded on one reviewer's first visit with an 18-month-old, which was appreciated by a child wary of unfamiliar spaces.
  • The 'intimate' nature of the space implies it might not feel overwhelmingly crowded even with more guests, compared to very large venues.

🛡️Safety Features

  • Play area equipment is consistently described as 'very STURDY', instilling confidence for both children and accompanying adults.
  • The 'intimate' layout with seating on both sides provides parents with excellent, unobstructed views for easy supervision.
  • Staff (like Jessica) are reported as 'friendly and helpful', implying a presence that contributes to a safe environment.

When to Avoid

  • If consistent, highly professional front desk customer service is a non-negotiable priority, as one review detailed a very negative check-in experience.
  • If you require elevator access at all entrances for strollers or mobility aids, as the front entrance is not accessible (back parking is necessary).
  • If your children are primarily interested in very large, expansive, or high-adrenaline indoor playgrounds, as this venue is described as having smaller square footage, albeit efficiently used.

Our first indoor playground and my 18 month old loved it! Thankfully, there weren't a lot of kids that could run into her as she's afraid of unfamiliar spaces. The play area is very STURDY, which is great for parents to go in with the kids.

The play area is great, super sturdy so even parents can go with their littles. Theres an area for parents to sit comfortably and watch the kids, and another area on the other side with barstools and bar perfect for needing to get any work done. Jessica at the front desk was so welcoming, I was a bit nervous with it being our first time to a play place and she was so kind and helpful the nerves just disappeared. She was a ray of sunshine!

I appreciate how intimate it is. I can sit on either side of the play area & not have to worry about where my kids are. The seating and chargers were so convenient. The bathroom was clean for a 1 stall. Good thing they had caprisun & water for sale because my kids got thirsty. I like the location and the friendliness of the staff.

REALLY ENJOYED visiting TN Kids Co today. In the words of 5yo, “we had too much fun!” I was pleasantly surprised how long we stayed, 2+ hours, and would have stayed longer but baby sister need to go down for a nap. So much to do from the ball pit, climbing, swinging, trampoline on the third level of climbing, so many slides and MUCH MORE!! Staff was friendly and helpful; and the space though square footage wise on the smaller size for indoor playgrounds is very widely used and doesn’t feel small at all. Every nook and cranny has a different activity for kids of different ages and interests! There are two seating areas for parents/adults— one on each side of the play area, both with great view of the whole play area. The seating area on the left side has stools and a bar top, outlets and chargers, could be great for getting some work done! The bathroom even has a diaper genie and wipe warmer. ⭐️‼️My only note: If you are bringing small children in a stroller or are mobility impaired PARK IN THE BACK!!! If you park in the front you have to walk up a flight of stairs and there is no elevator. Will DEFINITELY be back!!

I Feel compelled to write this as a business owner. I’m not sure if ownership has changed in the last year but I haven’t had a pleasant experience with the check in rep and today was it for me especially since we were the only ones today in the morning around 11am Again, as a business owner (acquisitions) with over 10 locations in middle tn alone, if you want to scale then you need to hire better help to assure RETENTION. A person like the front lady today is not going to help you long term. She was on a very obvious personal call as we walked up. She didn’t bother to address me properly or even put the phone down and was very passive in the welcome. But if she is related to the owner (relative perhaps ) then at least I can understand nepotism. That is my humble opinion. People like the lady today hurt businesses all the time. But if the owner doesn’t care… then that’s a different problem. And if you are going to continue to provide chunky cheese customer quality service then lower the price at least to put up with the inconvenience. The money is certainly not going back into the business. The amount of balls in the slide area is lower and it doesn’t provide the cushion for kids like before. And the cherry on top. She almost short changed me unless I asked for my change. And yes it matters because once upon a time over 3 decades ago I grew up in a third world country. Despite having a 50k watch on me as a daily wear now, I still remember the days when I didn’t know what I would eat the next day or hour. So her low ball offer of adding a free visit for the next time on my way out because she felt “sorry “ is more than Likely a way to not get in trouble. 20 bucks for free doesn’t sway me one way or another at this point in my life. I would rather pay 50 dollars and simply have you deliver a good service period. Don’t cheapen yourself to make up for sub par service
