They have created the BEST systems board on the market (TB2) and the amount of consideration, thought and planning that goes into designing their products is unparalleled. Their customer service is impeccable and it really feels like they go out of their way to make you happy. They also have some of the best web presence and social media marketing of ANY climbing company / systems board company in the world. Their YouTube has some amazingly high quality content and they put out videos often (which I love). These guys are on top of it in all areas. Nothing bad to say. These guys rock!

Very high quality gear and the customer service is top shelf. Highly recommend checking out their products. I emailed them about doing a local pickup for an aux bucket and they were more than happy to help me out so I didn’t have to wait for it to ship!

Great customer service and quick responses to questions about my order! I had a shipping issue with one of my purchases and it was quickly resolved and easily sorted out. I had to get in touch with customer service as my shipping address wouldn’t be recognized by the websites system. Tension climbing has amazing customer service, it was very refreshing.
