TGR Exotics Wildlife Park

I had so much fun here with my family! We did the basic tour. The animals were all so cute and nice to us and each other!

This was the best day EVER!!! We did the basic tour + the capybara experience. I thought I knew a lot about animals but I was schooled at TGR. The group was small and intimate and lead by a guide with an overabundance of animal knowledge - Gwen ♥️ Please don’t let other reviews deter you, their animals are all healthy, happy and thriving! 13/10 would go every day if they let me in!

Highly recommend doing the private tour and buying tickets in advance. Wear closed toe shoes no dark colors wear sunscreen and bug spray. I recommend wearing a hat and bringing water as they don’t provide it. There are other tours later in the day that are a bit more interactive but I liked the smaller morning tour. The guide was amazing and answered a bunch of questions. I went on a Wednesday and loved it! Best experience and super affordable!

We had an amazing time with our private tour. Our tour guide is very knowledgeable and shared great information about all of the animals. We get to get up close to feed and pet the animals. We will definitely be back when we come back to Houston.

We absolutely loved touring this place. We only got the basic tour, and got to see so many different animals and we learned alot! Gwen was fantastic with the kids as well, asking them questions and giving them opportunities to speak! We specially loved the 20 person maximum for tours (our group only had 11 with us, even better) We will definitely be back!!
