10 months agoThis place is a joke. They said open at 12, we got there at 12:10 and there were people lined up waiting. The security guard kept knocking on the front window trying to get someone to answer. Someone finally showed up at 12:30 and opened the window. No apology for how late it was. They started letting people in the pool without having lifeguards at their posts. We went to the locker room and it was disgusting and they had just opened. Chunks of hair, bugs, and trash all in the pool and sidewalks. I attached pics of the trash floating in the lazy river and the barricades they left laying on the stairs after they were open and not closed off anymore.

11 months agoVery laid-back and family-oriented establishment, there's a hip-hop vibe, and a few really great water slides for those that like inner tubes..... which by the way are free once you enter the park. The staff are very quiet and reserved, but very professional, and appear to be highly trained with respect to the other area aquatic centers. My favorite part though had to be the lazy river, by far it was the one thing that stood out more than anything else, as there was a fountain waterfall that you pass by, and sometimes inadvertently have to go through on your way around if you're not careful.. lol. That being said, I will definitely be going back from now on a regular basis.... for the size of the park, you really do get a fair price.. the absolute only thing that I would not recommend is the concession stand due to lack of options and overpricing.. other than that if you can't afford to make the trip all the way out to Oceans of fun, this would be the place to go....

6 years agoThe overall experience was positive. We, my daughter's and grandchildren visited on Independence Day. Although, the advertised time was noon we were told they would open at eleven. We waited until 11:27 before they finally allowed us entry. We started out at the larger pool because the children's wading pool was not open yet. It DoD mot open until around 1:00 pm. Ultimately, we enjoyed ourselves. The water was clear and cool. The staff was kind, respectful, and attentive.

8 months agoVery nice place for water play. My only complaints are the dirty adult pool water and the lazy river being out of service.

a year agoTook my Grandkids to the Bay water park and had the time of our life. Some amenities were out so we didn’t get the chance to experience the full effect however we made the best of it
