💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • **Parking:** Ignore initial GPS parking directions; instead, drive a little farther down the road and turn into the lot *right next to* the one suggested by GPS.
  • **Crowd Avoidance:** For a more enjoyable, less crowded experience, plan to visit early mornings, ideally between 7-10 AM.
  • **Extended Visit:** The park offers enough amenities and activities to comfortably stay for a few hours.
  • **Picnics:** Take advantage of the artificial grass area for family picnics.

Things to Consider

  • GPS directions often lead to the incorrect parking lot.
  • Can get 'very packed' due to its popularity, leading to waiting times for specific equipment.
  • The sandbox area is frequently 'mad packed'.
  • An adjacent pool is for residents only, not accessible to general visitors.

Price & Value

This playground is completely free to use, offering exceptional value considering its large size, extensive amenities (shade, tables, concession stand), and variety of play equipment. There are no mentioned hidden costs for entry. The value is further highlighted by the reviewer's willingness to pay for the adjacent, resident-only pool.

Accessibility & Special Needs

  • No specific accessibility features for special needs are mentioned in the reviews.

🍎Food & Drink Policy

  • There is an on-site concession stand available.
  • The presence of an artificial grass area for picnics implies that outside food is allowed for picnic use.

🚗Parking Info

  • Dedicated parking lots are available.
  • Crucially, GPS directions are often misleading; drivers must proceed further down the road than initially directed to find the correct parking lot, which is adjacent to the misidentified one.

👥Crowd Levels

  • Can become 'very packed' since gaining popularity.
  • Reported as particularly crowded around Noon.
  • The sandbox area is often described as 'mad packed'.
  • Early mornings (7-10 AM) are recommended for a less crowded experience.

🛡️Safety Features

  • No specific safety measures like staff supervision, fencing, or first aid stations are explicitly mentioned in the reviews. The 'well-designed' aspect and equipment covers implicitly suggest a level of care in planning.

When to Avoid

  • Visiting around Noon if you want to avoid significant crowds and potential waits for popular equipment.
  • Strictly relying on GPS for parking guidance, as it can be inaccurate.
  • Planning a visit primarily for pool access, as the adjacent pool is resident-restricted.
  • If your children are sensitive to very crowded sandbox areas.

This is by far one of the best, if not the best designed, play spaces in NE OH. It is large, with plenty of space for large crowds of kids and adults and free to use. I also love the amount of shade structures they built here. My kids really enjoyed the huge slide tower. Please note that GPS directions here will take you to the wrong parking lot. Instead of turning where Google Maps tells you to, drive a little farther down the road and turn into the parking lot right next to the parking lot.

We’re here visiting family for the week. This playground is great! For both kids and parents. There’s a concession stand, plenty of tables to sit at, even artificial grass to have a picnic! Definitely a playground I don’t mind staying at for a few hours. Many of the playground equipment has covers so there’s shade throughout the playground. I highly recommend!!

Nice park indeed one of many great parks but this one has many many things to do , but since going viral it’s very packed and may have to wait until other kids/adults done with the Particular machine . Sandbox area mad packed , but not my particular favorite for the kids to do but everything else is amazing, wish they let folks ( non residents ) use the pool it’s down right beautiful I’ll pay $ . Anyhow kids just go wild with How many things it is to do. We went around Noon I’ll either go early mornings like 7-10 to really Enjoy, they have Pavilions shelters alao ! I’ll bring the kids back before the ❄️ drops
