a week agoBoulder Garden has been such a gift for my family to find. Everyone here has been so welcoming and supportive. It has been a truly wonderful place for my 7-year old to climb. I highly recommend the youth program. Coach Cameron is very skilled with working with kids at a variety of different skill levels and needs. The owner, Johnny, has taken time out from our very first visit to talk with my kids and make them feel welcome. This spot has a super cool vibe with kind and skilled staff. It's a very welcome addition to downtown. You can't go wrong!

a month agoGreat time at this free climbing gym! Good for kids (4y and older is probably best) and plenty of paths of varying difficulty. Very respectful and relaxed space and staff was kind. Shoes being provided was great and liquid chalk was really nice as the only permitted gym chalk.

4 months agoA truly amazing climbing gym in the heart of downtown Durham. You won’t find a more community-oriented gym anywhere in NC. The owner, Johnny, has curated an amazing atmosphere and has put together a truly special setting team to keep you wanting to come back for the amazing boulders. Come for the boulders, but stay for the immaculate vibes.
